Nice hotel but old property needs to change to customers experience type .great staff great breakfast

Property is good . Great location great food great front desk staff like - Kim , Tran, Hamy,and Ming …but need to make it its basics more easy

Cons:

Hair dryer is his inside the closet below the wash basin and no mention about it

Fine for a short stay, but not clean.
Pros:

Staff was lovely and location is great. Views also lovely.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was a very dirty hotel. Room was do-able but The windows arent cleaned so the ‘mountain view’ is blurry. The gym and pool are like post-apocalyptic… breakfast was meh - bread was stale and fruit wasn’t fresh. There was dogpiss on the couches in the lobby. Lots of random dust and hair in the hallways and lifts. For what you pay, they can really put a bit more effort in the cleanliness. I guess they dont care bc people won’t ever come back.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück mit schönem Ausblick und exzellente Lage.

Cons:

Leider war während des Besuchs der Pool nicht zugänglich aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten.

Excellent service and location
Pros:

I like the location -- very accessible to everything and near the Sapa station. The staff are very helpful especially Mr. Tuan. He is so accommodating, proactive to our neefs and friendly. We initially booked a family suite but was upgraded to a corner room with a balcony to enjoy the spectacular view. The room is spacious and the hotel lobby feels so welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices that will suit to everybody's taste in your party.

Cons:

There is nothing that I don't like.
