الفندق مخيب للأمال .. موظفي الاستقبال سيئين جداً ومعاملتهم غير حسنة وتعاملهم فض وغير طيب وغير متعاونين هدفهم المادة فقط .. نظافة اللوبي سيئة جداً الأرضيات قذرة والأبواب مهمشة والممرات بها روائح كريهة والغرف ضيقة جداً وبها روائح وغير نظيفة والأثاث قديم وغير مريح لذا ومن تجربة لا أنصح أي شخص عاقل بالنزول في هذا الفندق فقد سافرت كثيراً وزرت دول كثيرة ولكني لم أجد تعامل سي وغير أخلاقي وغير انساني مثل ما وجدته في موظفي استقبال هذا الفندق فأول ما يتم استقبالك به هي قوانين الفندق وشروط الأقامة حيث تم توقيعي على ورقتين بها شروط كثيرة وبما أنني كنت في ساعة متأخرة من الليل وافقت على مضض بالتوقيع وطلبت منهم اخراج كل مرافق الغرف حيث أنني كنت حاجز غرفتين فتم اخراج الأكواب والمظلات والمشروبات والأقلام والأوراق وبقيت طوال فترة اقامتي معهم في رعب وخوف من أن يتم تحميلي مسؤولية أي شي في الغرف فكانت اقامة سيئة جداً كما أن الصور في الموقع مختلفة جداً عن الواقع فالأثاث قديم وغير مريح ودورات المياه بها روائح وضغط الماء ضعيف ..

Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick. Die Aussicht war wunderschön! Ist auf dem Foto zu sehen.
Die Dachterasse mit dem angrenzenden Pool ist sehr schön. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften bei unserer Anreise mit dem Sleeper Bus noch gegen Aufpreis frühstücken , obwohl die Frühstückszeit schon zu Ende war.
Ich muss noch erwähnen, das der Fön im Zimmer der beste auf unserer ganzen Vietnamreise war.
Die Lage ist super, im Herzen von Sapa. Schöne kleine Gassen mit vielen leckeren Restaurants und Supermärkten direkt vor der Tür.
Die Fanspan Bahn ist in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Und das Dorf Cat Cat ist nicht weit. Sollte man unbedingt besuchen!

Es gibt nichts.

Pros:

Dans le centre de Sapa et vous avez facilement acces à tous les restaurants de la ville et le Sun Plaza pour prendre le train pour le mont Fansipan à pied.
Nous avions la chambre avec vue montagne avec balcon.
Le personnel est top et un grand merci à Kevin pour ses conseils.

Cons:

Un léger rafraîchissement serait un plus.

수영장이 있어요. 조식이 싸고 마사지도 할인 많이 해줘요. 중심가에 있어서 위치도 좋아요.

수영장 물이 영 깨끗한것 같지 않았어요. 어른은 괜찮았는데 아이가 세균 간염 되서 병원에 이틀을 다녀야 했구요. 아이 물놀이 시키실 분 조심하셔야 할것 같아요.
