Bellissima struttura , dire tutto perfetto a partire dai proprietari che sono sempre molto cordiali e disponibili, alla spa della struttura che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare momenti in tranquillita'e in relax .

Un établissement exceptionnel, un accueil chaleureux, un personnel professionnel et attentionné, un spa superbe, le restaurant est excellent et la carte des vins comblera les plus difficiles, les chambres sont très propres et agréables avec une literie de qualité, bref, on adore... et on y retourne !

PERFETTO
Pros:

Si può solo dire TUTTO MERAVIGLIOSO. Lo staff cordiale, simpatico ed a disposizione per soddisfare le richieste fatte. Il cibo del ristorante STRATOSFERICO, chef davvero di livello ed ottime materie prime utilizzate. Il centro benessere meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Riguardo alla spa l'unico consiglio che mi viene da dare è che sarebbe meraviglioso avere più esperienza olfattiva, ossia, nel bagno turco un pò più di aroma tipo eucalipto ed anche all'interno della spa in generale. Le abbondanti nevicate hanno reso tutto ancor più meraviglioso. Estremamente gentili e disponibili anche nei confronti del nostro cagnolone che è stato coccolato e viziato. Vi abbiamo già consigliati a diversi amici e conoscenti e sicuramente torneremo. Ci avete regalato il relax e la pace ricercati e di cui avevamo estremamente bisogno. Semplicemente GRAZIE

Anche facendo uno sforzo per trovare qualcosa che non va, non è proprio possibile farlo. Ogni cosa è stata perfetta e quindi non vi è assolutamente nulla da segnalare in negativo

Cons:

Essendo un hotel a 4 stelle nella mia camera non c’era un bollitore per bevande calde , la camera dove ho dormito non è da 4 stelle.
visto che ho fatto la mezza pensione , la cena di Natale e Santo Stefano non ci è stato nemmeno offerta una fetta di panettone e nemmeno come dolce sulla carta del menù .
