Pros:

Отель неплохо расположен, вокруг много кафе, рядом обменник. Приятно, что нас заселили раньше. Отель старый и атмосфера соответствует, что впечатляет.

Cons:

Отель подуставший и требует ремонта. Даже перечислять смысла нет, что нужно поменять.

Terrible customer service that forced us to leave despite a paid reservation.
Pros:

I do not recommend this hotel. I had a reservation for two adults. Before arrival, my friend had to travel to another city but wanted to take a quick shower before leaving. I explained this to the receptionist and showed that the reservation had originally been made for both of us. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became rude, aggressive, constantly interrupted us, and refused to let us speak to the manager. Other guests had to intervene to calm the situation. We felt threatened and unsafe, so despite having a fully paid reservation, we left and paid for another hotel. This is the worst hotel reception experience I have ever had. I hope the management takes this incident seriously.

Cons:

Extremely rude and aggressive receptionist, refusal to involve the manager, lack of professionalism, and a hostile atmosphere that made us feel unsafe. We were forced to leave despite having a fully paid reservation and book another hotel.

Pros:

Расположение великолепное, хорошая цена, отзывчивость персонала и заселение в позднее время суток. Колоритный, антуражный отель в одном из самых очаровательном месте Касабланки. Сам отель внутри очень инстаграмный. Вернемся сюда обязательно, только нужно будет выбрать другой номер.

Cons:

Вид из окна упирался в соседнее здание, до которого было всего пару метров, а так же из окна можно было выйти сразу на крышу, которая общая для здания напротив, что доставляло переживаний по поводу проникновения в наш номер рандомных людей из соседних номеров и из задания на против, отсутствие кондиционера и скрипучая кровать, но очень удобная.
