Lovely old-fashioned hotel, ideally located and very comfortable. Excellent value too.
Pros:

We paid a little more than usual for this hotel but it was still cheap at about forty quid a night for a triple room. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The building is old but in good condition - it really feels like a French provincial hotel but with Moroccan interior style. It is right by the medina but overlooking an open square - it was an ideal location for us. We had a room-only booking and bought breakfast from a shop nearby so can't comment on the hotel breakfast. There were tea-making facilities and a fridge in the room which we didn't expect and which really added to the experience of staying there. The room was much bigger then expected and had two balconies overlooking the square. It's just a pity the the weather in December wasn't a bit nicer so that we could enjoy them more. The staff were really friendly and helpful (it probably helps that we speak French), the en-suite bathroom was clean and big enough and the beds were very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay.

I was disappointed with my stay in this hotel. I did check out in same day at 6pm.
I promised the hotel supervisor Mr. Rashid not to write my complaint here in booking review as he did the investigation and sent me a feedback later time.
I couldn't rest or sleep for just 1 hour after immdeate check in because of the loudly noises and voices at the corridor.
I was so tired in that day
I only stayed here for 2 hours from around 12:30 to 2:15pm went out to search other hotel nearby

een mooie kamer, maar erg toe aan renovatie
Pros:

Wij hadden een 3 persoonskamer.
De grootte van de kamer was prachtig. veel ruimte.
1 tweepersoons bed en 2 losse bedden.
koelkastje op kamer
We hadden 2 balkons waar we erg gezellig hebben gezeten,
De kamer zit direct naast een uitgaansgelegenheid, waar tot iets na 21:30 uur muziek was.
Dat hield daarna op, terwijl het weekend was.

Cons:

De hygiëne was slecht.
de bedden en de vloer waren wel schoon.
schimmel op het plafond
hele vieze lichtknopjes
Er waren maar twee stopcontacten alleen bij het tweepersoons bed
Een ander aanwezig stopcontact was al in gebruik door de koelkast
de gehele badkamer was vies!
beschimmelde voegen, vieze, vieze deur, plankje onder spiegel was vies.
gelukkig leek het toilet wel schoon en er lagen schone handdoeken.
De kamer heeft enkel glas en is daardoor wel erg gehorig.

Comfortabel en goede locatie in het centrum!
Pros:

Lief personeel die je graag helpt voor goede tips door de stad. Het maakte Casablanca de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Kamer was comfortabel en goed!

Je ne recommanderais pas ce lieu a une connaissance
Pros:

J'ai eu une déception entre les informations fournies dans la réservation et ce qui est offert. Par ailleurs le garçon de la réception équipe du soir manque de professionnalisme et est surtout désagréables. Impossible pour moi de recommander cet établissement

Cons:

Le manque de professionnalisme de l'agent de réception. Il s'agit dun homme de moins de 50 ans Il a été désagréable. Il ne sait pas parler aux clients
