Great value and location.
Pros:

The hotel is well situated in the middle of the medina. Staff were friendly, check-in was brisk, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff also arranged our transfer to the airport the next day.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old, though that's part of it's charm, so the bathroom was a bit tight. Also, the square outside was a bit noisy as we were on the second floor but it was not a big issue.

Sauber, das wichtigste war vorhanden, alles, Dusche, Toilette, Fernseher, haben gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist top, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I didn’t stay I left the property I made booking and I run away I got elderly women with me disable and he give me third floor room as I booked my room same day staying also there is insects in the reception so I have to leave the place .

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a 5min andando de la estación de tren y muy bien situado en el acceso a la medina. El desayuno es fantástico y la cama muy cómoda , y lo mejor el maravilloso personal que allí trabaja. Un sitio para repetir.

Great location and history building.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the historic building beautiful. The staff was great and very accommodating. The free breakfast was good.

Cons:

It could use some upkeep as our balcony door had trouble being closed. And as a result it was chilly in the room. There was no hot water.
