Wonderful room, quality decor and incredible lake views! Great restaurant! Our one-night, off-season stay was really superb.

We recently booked a suite at this hotel and were pleased to find room 301 to be perfect for our needs along with a bottle of complimentary champagne! The room's cleanliness was impressive, with a spotless and clean environment throughout. Its location is conveniently situated, being only a 6-minute drive from Lake Geneva's downtown area. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the onsite restaurant, Oak & Oar, offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices, which we found to be quite satisfactory. We can envision the hotel being particularly lovely during the summer months with its views overlooking the lake. However, we did encounter some issues with the heating system, as there was only one outlet in the living room, which necessitated keeping the master bedroom door open to warm the space. The photo of the room category on the hotel's website accurately represented the suite. Despite the heating issue, we would consider staying at this hotel again due to its excellent location, competitive pricing, and luxurious amenities. The suite's amenities, including a microwave and fridge, made it easy for us to bring leftover food from restaurant and prepare our own meals. For those seeking a peaceful retreat by the lake, away from the crowds, we highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed there many times, it was one of our favorite places to go. The walk starts at the bottom of the hill and always is very enjoyable. Since my husband passed away 8 yrs. ago, I still come up to the Lake and love it. Very relaxing, clean and always friendly staff!

It is beautifully and perfectly located to anything you may want to do (dining, shopping, exploring, etc). It was like a spa environment w/o the spa prices (robes & chocolates on our bed). It’s the little things/touches that put them over the top with me!!!

Love this place. The service was good, the staff friendly and helpful. The food was good and you can't beat the view.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times - its a short drive from our home and its a nice "staycation" which is why we decided to go for NYE. This experience was not good! Bar/Restaurant was horrible and the 2 night min was excessive. We will be back but hopefully it will be a better experience.

Just got back from staying at the Geneva Inn and it was beyond wonderful. The staff was so friendly and the room with the lake view was just amazing. I was celebrating my birthday and it was so sweet to be greeted with a glass of champagne as well as a bottle waiting in our room I felt so special ❤️ Had dinner at the redone Oak and Oar restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and affordable which we appreciated. Can’t wait to return hopefully in the spring. Was sad to leave but look so forward to another stay.

Loved our girls getaway at this beautiful boutique hotel! It was cold outside but the warmth inside was appreciated. I loved my room which was large in size and slept well. The restaurant had delicious food with wonderful views. Downtown Lake Geneva was minutes away with shopping and additional places to dine. We'll be back next year for sure!

Clean, festive, restaurant was gorgeous, price was wonderful, view was amazing overlooking the lake. Large spacious rooms
