Poderia ser melhor com alguns ajustes.
Pros:

A localização é ótima para quem precisa estar próximo ao Expo Center Norte.
A limpeza do quarto e do refeitório estava ok.

Cons:

Travesseiros ruins.
A janela de ventilação do quarto dava para o corredor. =/
Falta de informações básicas como acessar rede wi-fi, horário e local do café da manhã.
No café da manhã, produtos com um pouco mais de qualidade seriam bem-vindos: pó de café, presunto e manteiga são alguns exemplos.
Tivemos que descer quatro andares com malas, pois estavam segurando o elevador para subir com material de reforma, e os dois jovens recepcionistas nem se abalaram para ajudar a carregar as malas até o carro, mesmo com a recepção vazia.

Poderia ter sido melhor. Não pretendo voltar, infelizmente.
Pros:

A parte social parece estar sendo renovada, e isso é bom, pois passa uma boa impressão de preocupação com a manutenção e adequações ao mercado.

Cons:

Mobiliário do quarto muito ultrapassado, muito simples e de pouquíssima qualidade. O banheiro é antigo, precisa urgente de reforma e manutenção, mas a pior coisa foi constatar que o box estava com crosta de sujeira impregnada nos rejuntes - isso é inaceitável em qualquer categoria de hotel.

Para quem vai em eventos em lugares próximos, ótimo custo-benefício!
Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo. Excelente localização, próximo do Expo Center Norte. Autorizaram-nos a deixar o carro no estacionamento mesmo depois do check out.

Cons:

Deixamos a chave do quarto na recepção para a limpeza, mas esqueceram de fazer.
