Pros:

Aussicht der Wohnung gut man sieht in der Ferne das Meer!
Kommunikatons anfangs freundlich und hilfsbreit.

Cons:

Wohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern. Die Zugangskarte muss man sich in der Innenstadt holen (20 min von der Unterkunft entfernt)
Ausstattung der Küche auf einem niedirgem Mindestniveau.
Leider nicht sehr sauber bei der Übernahme und Insekten (Ameisen) und viel unangenehmer - keine Putzmittel (kein Besen, kein Küchenlappen, kein Spülmaschinen Tab - wenigestens 1) und keine funktionierende Waschmaschine im Haus.
Hilfsbreitschaft und Kommunikation kippt, wenn man Fragen stellt.

La habitación bonita, cama amplia y comoda

Cons:

Mal trato del personal . La persona mas grosera que puedas esperar.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el ascensor no funcionaba, la piscina cerrada y verde. ( si no era temporada no avisaron).
.NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE APARTAMENTO.

Precio económico sin muchas exigencias
Pros:

La ubicación del hospedaje es bastante buena, en una zona residencial tranquila y relativamente cerca del centro. Las instalaciones en general están bien y dispone de terraza, lo cual es un punto positivo.

En general, la experiencia no fue mala porque el precio que pagamos era económico, pero sinceramente no pagaría más por este alojamiento ni lo escogería en temporada alta.

Cons:

La limpieza deja bastante que desear. Al entrar en la habitación había olor a cerrado y muchos de los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios. El baño también estaba bastante descuidado, especialmente el plato de ducha, que tenía bastante sarro acumulado.

Además, varios servicios anunciados no estaban realmente disponibles en la habitación. En el anuncio se indicaba que incluía cafetera, plancha para ropa, secador, etc., pero no había nada de eso. El secador tuvimos que solicitarlo aparte y la cafetera que ofrecían era una italiana básica, nada que ver con la eléctrica que aparece en las fotos.

Pros:

L’établissement était bien situé pour nous près de Barcelone et les environs Nous avions quelques kilomètres à faire pour chaque endroit que nous avons visité. L’endroit était bien mais a eu beaucoup de difficulté à recevoir les clés quand il dit à 4h pas à 3h30 mais à 4h pas assez flexible à mon goût à part de ça tout est bien. À notre arrivée le poêle ne fonctionnait pas ça pris deux jours avant qu’ils viennent nous accommoder après ça a bien été.

Pour trouver l’établissement, notre GPS nous a apporté à la bon endroit, mais il y a pas de numéro nulle part, on a tourné en rond quelques fois et demander à dépassant pour voir son était à la bon endroit

Unfortunately, the conditions do not match the description. The bed linen is not very fresh. The apartment has an induction stove, but there are no utensils for cooking, only one coffee cup. There is no kettle, and the coffee maker does not work. The room is poorly cleaned, with crumbs strewn under the beds and nightstand. The pool is dirty, with debris floating around. The elevator is constantly out of order. The only washing machine in the entire building is in the basement and is often occupied by other residents' laundry. There is no clothes dryer.

L'emplacement pas trop loin du centre et des commodités, le grand lit, l'espace et le rangement, 2 clés d'accès à l'appartement 1 par personne.

Cons:

Appartement pas très propre, joint de douche moisi et pas très propre. Manque de quoi accrocher les serviettes. Seulement 1 petites serviettes pour 2 personnes. 3 Laves linges et tous hors d'usage. Parking bondé même hors période, et garage payant. Bruit de chaise déplacée. Eau de la Piscine verte. Accès au bâtiment mal renseigné
