Good hotel to stay in Alor Setar!
Pros:

Spacious room size. Clean. Near to mall n other shops n Menara Alor Setar. Parking space provided

Cons:

No fridge. No elevator from parking, only stairs.

Every time you leave the parking lot, you have to get a parking access card from the reception counter. They should upgrade the parking system or integrate the room access card with the parking system.

Staffs and location are very good.

1) The pillows are not up to standard .
2) Not enough place to hang clothes
3) They only provide wall mounted shower head .it's inconvenient when shower.
