A bit out of the action of district 1 and very Korean but quieter and good food and bars/coffee shopping close

It’s convenient for walking around with a lot of dining options.

Amazing stay, amazing and helpful staff. Though a bit far from center Saigon, i really loved my stay and the staff and hotel aesthetic made it worth it!!

Room smells like smokers. Did not get the room we booked. TV remote batteries were dead, and then we couldn’t get the tv channels to come in. Several lights were out. A/C was great.

비행기 시간때문에 임시로 머무른 호텔. 비용대비 나쁘지 않았지만 청결한 사람들(아이들)과 지내기에는 다소 무리가 있다고 생각합니다.

I was changed to 3 rooms before I found one to was barely bearable and even that the AC did not coll the refrigerator does not freeze or cold . The floors in the rooms are old . Prior rooms has mold on wet wall. The TV is broadcast and is not sharp and there is no streaming. One of the ladies at the staff at the desk should be sent to clean rooms . She has not customerservive cutesy and is mean and argumentive. I had to take date to another hotel.

Expedia was contacted before check in and the could not get me to cancel and go to another property. Expedia told me I would be charged at hotel check-in but I was charged days before I got there. All the time I was there I spoke with Expedia staff and their virtual and I was still not allow to change to lesser days with partial refund . When I choose pay at hotel it is because I want to see that the pictures posted are up to date and note from old days or not AI generated.

Very good hotel with nice pool.
Area around has good restaurants and walking distance to shopping centre.

It is a very convenient hotel for business trips, and all the staff are quick to respond and friendly. I recommend it.

Hostess was terrible

Staff were all very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hot water did not work during our entire stay and we were not aware that smoking is allowed in the hotel so throught the day, our room would smell like cigarettes. For a couple nights, this was ok for us but would not choose it again.

Excellent hotel, good quality rooms, very quiet. Well cleaned friendly staff and great breakfast. Cant fault them for anything. Would happily stay again.

We found the Hotel pleasant to be at, the staff are friendly with the receptionists speaking passable English which was a great help. We have stayed at this hotel on 3 other occasions with no bad experiences. The hotels proximity to restaurants in District 7 and VIVO City shopping centre made it very easy to explore this district. The only negative is that the hotel is staring to show it's age, but very clean.
