If water issue fixed a GREAT accom near Sovereign Hill
Pros:

After seeing some poor reviews we were very pleased with the size and comfort. Unit 1 , 2 bedder , had a large lounge room and good kitchen.

Cons:

Had no hot water at all second night, manager apologetic and refunded some money. But that should never happen ( especially since it has been an issue before in some reviews)

Lovely facilities but need to have someone available for these situations

Nice rooms with a comfy bed

Cons:

Tried contacting the reception and property via booking.com about the amount of cigarette smoke entering our room as I have a 1 year old it was more of a safety hazard. They never responded to my message u fortunately and also no one picked up when I tried calling. Also we had 2 loud drunk girls in the room next to us playing loud music, slamming the door every 30 mins and yelling and laughing out the front of their rooms waking us up multiple times.

Cosy, warm and very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Well appointed, very clean and comfortable unit/townhouse. Good to have undercover, off-street parking (but mindful of 2m height limit). Some stairs up to accommodation but also a lift available if needed. Great location, easy walking distance to Sovereign Hill and few minutes drive to shops and town centre. Nice and warm (well-insulated) and heated on a chilly Ballarat night. .

Cons:

Unit has steep staircase to bedrooms on upper level. Not a problem for me but may not be ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties.

Lack of heating. One small plug in heater down stairs. The one heater upstairs didnt work at all.
The cutlery was dirty and there was a lack of cooking equipment (one small pot, not able to boil pasta for a family of 4).

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

The apartment is very well located in the Ballarat area with everything conveniently close by.

Cons:

Whilst the room was perfectly OK in many respects, although it had a kitchenette I think I was expecting something more like an apartment but this was more of a motel room situation, and staying there for a whole week it started to feel a bit claustrophobic.

Happy about the very clean room and having kitchen facilities to use and comfortable bed
Pros:

The apartment was one of the cleanest accomodations I’d stayed in . Right down to no cobwebs or dust . (I notice these things being an ex housekeeper for motels) had everything in there I needed . Instructions to access room was straight forward

Cons:

Doors need to be shut hard to shut so you can hear everyone coming and going all the time .

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean and had everything you could need.

Cons:

Just myself personally I found the bed to be too firm. My personal preference would be something a little softer.
