I went away with 15 people, and of the 15, 11 got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. It wasnt only our party that got ill, a lot of the guests did. The music was very loud round the pool, and the smell of sewage as well.

Yemekler temizlik çalışanlar harika ama deniz yoktu rezillik bir durum deniz tatili iskele patlamış başka otel iskeleleri almadı kıyıda dalgalarla boğuştuk fiyasko çok tatile giden biri olarak bu deniz tatilim kabus oldu.
Fantastisk mad, ren og pæn svimmingpool, så søde og rar personale, alle faciliteter som det skal være, underholdning hver aften, zumba og vandpolo om dagen. Jeg og min kæreste har virkelig nydt vores ophold på det lækker hotel. Vi vil gerne komme igen til næste år.
Wonderful hotel, with very friendly staff, amazing view from the room, and quiet, despite the road being right in front.
Loved it, and will definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a kids free trip to Alanya.
Only downside is the lack of a proper beach, an ATM and the fact that you need to take a taxi to get to Alanya or Konakli if you want to go out for dinner or drinks.
But if you’re there for only a week you can easily just stay there and be comfortable without missing out on anything.
I will definitely be back to get more of the hospitality that we enjoyed and hopefully we will meet the same friendly staff that we had this time around.
Wenn man ein günstigen Griff macht für dieses Hotel ist es vollkommen okay.
Es war aber von meinen bisherigen Türkeireisen die schlechteste Wahl.
Essen war sehr eintönig und einfach gehalten, ansonsten aber okay wenn man dort keinen großen Fokus legt.
Getränkeauswahl war schlecht.
Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel war gut, in den Zimmern sehr gut.
Beim Personal gab es sehr große Unterschiede.
Das Zimmerpersonal war hervorragend, Spabereich außer der Chefin? (Wirkte so und war sehr unfreundlich) war super.
Das größte Manko war aber die Barkräfte.
Außer wenige Außnahmen waren diese oft gefühlt lustlos und überfordert (wobei diese dafür auch teilweise nichts können).
Das große Problem war ein Barmann der uns nach ein, zwei Tagen großspurig sein breites Sortiment an gewissen Mittelchen angeboten hat und fragte ob er uns nicht mal was ins Glas machen soll bzw. ob wir was bräuchten.
Damit hatte sich die Bar für den Rest des Urlaubs erledigt.
Alles in allem war es ganz okay, aber wir werden dort nicht nochmal buchen.

When checking into the hotel we were greeted by warm friendly welcoming staff.
From management to the cleaning team, the entertainers and restaurant and bar staff were amazing.
The rooms were clean, brilliant a/c and cleaned daily.
Food and drinks throughout the day and on the beach front were served until late
The staff honestly made the whole experience worth it.
The hotel was nice, their private beach for sunset was stunning.
The only downside to the hotel stay was the strict rules of drinks to be taken to the room.
For An adults only hotel i think this is a crazy policy!
The choice of food in the buffet could of been served with more of a selection especially during breakfast time.
Also only having one room key to the room so for those wanting an early night they would have to be woken due to night staff not providing an additional key.
On two occasions we had strange phonecalls on the hotel room phone in the early hours of the morning. With men claiming they were going to come to our room. This matter was never resolved.
Also the pool towels were given on a curfew. Having to return them before a certain time.
For those early morning risers they're is no where to grab a morning coffee before breakfast opens.
They're is no option to ask for ironing essentials as that comes as price of a few euros for each item to be ironed.
Great hotel, the staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel is very clean

Worst hotel in alanya i have ever visited. Workers were rude. Fitness room is very bad. My room was never completely cleaned. Food quality was bad. Only good thing about hotel was reception. They were helpful
