Disappointing: Room I booked in advance was given to someone else
Pros:

Breakfast, room equipment, service, friendliness of staff

Cons:

My room was given to someone else even though I booked and paid in advance. I had to sleep in the lobby until 4:00 in the morning to get a room after another person checked out, because all other hotels in the city were fully booked. I was not offered any compensation.
Furthermore, there was a mouse next to the trash bags near the breakfast table

Poor quality neglected hotel and facilities
Pros:

The fittings in the room were broken or inconvenient, ie plug nowhere near desk, bathroom door jammed against bed, taps nearly falling off, new staff directing me to wrong floor, no knowledge of area, trams screaming down the road every 5mins, no WiFi code provided, no reception answering

Great staff. Hôtel AC failed during stay and was miserable.
Pros:

Staff were great. Location excekkent

Cons:

I have submitted a request for refund to booking.com with no response. The hotel AC did not work during 3 night stay and temperatures were 34c. Room was unbearable. Very disappointed in Booking.com.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. L'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux et le personnel est adorable, disponible et arrangeant.
L'établissement est très très propre, avec un excellent emplacement. La piscine est magnifique et les transats sont tout simplement extraordinaires. Pas de problème pour trouver du libre , un vrai bonheur pour se détendre.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accès à la mer en voiturette ainsi que les linges mis à disposition. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié ; le restaurant est également excellent. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Les chambres 101, 102 et 103 sont au rez et un peu en deçà du standing de l'hôtel et soit ne possèdent pas de balcons soit les balcons donnent sur le chemin menant à la piscine. Pour quelques jours OK mais pas pour une ou deux semaines.

Bien placé mais l’hôtel est dans le jus d’époque, pour le prix c’est décevant.
