Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

What I didn't like is the fact that on the website it said that they have parking, but it is not mentioned that you need to pay for it so be ready to spend an extra 40 Frank.

Pros:

Staff were nice

Cons:

It's vile. Dirty, no hot water in shower, mysterious leak in the room, room stunk, bathroom stunk of sewage, begged for a refund the first night as soon as I walked into my room so I could book somewhere else; the boy on the desk was lovely about it but they're desperate for cash so not a chance they were going to do that. Flew home early because changing my flight was just more efficient than paying for somewhere else to stay.

A good night of sleep in a central location
Pros:

Bathroom is very well equipped. Temperature of room was ideal.

Cons:

The pillows and bed covering seemed dusty, or perhaps had not been cleaned for awhile.

Pros:

La habitacion era muy espaciosa, con una decoracion elegante, y muy limpia. Excelente cama, colchon y sabanas. Minibar bien provisto. Muy buena vista a la calle, buen ascensor.

Cons:

No entendimos como hacer funcionar la calefaccion, por lo que pasamos un poco de frio. La indicacion del wifi hubo que ir a buscarla a la recepcion. Excelente ubicacion, frente al tranvia y a 2 cuadras de la estacion de tren Eaux Vives.

Nice hotel for short stay
Pros:

Location is great, close to everything. Also supermarket close by.

Cons:

The room was really very small. Old building with old elevator. Breakfast was very basic
