Décevant même pour une nuit

Très déçus par notre séjour. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double et avons eu deux lits simples sans réelle solution proposée par l’hôtel.

Le plus problématique reste le parking : le parking privé est toujours annoncé avec supplément alors qu’il n’existe plus depuis la rénovation. Nous avions justement choisi cet établissement pour cette prestation puisque nous voyagions en voiture, et avons dû payer le parking public en supplément.

L’hôtel met énormément en avant sa “rénovation”, mais visiblement toutes les chambres n’en bénéficient pas. Notre chambre était vieillissante avec équipements usés, volet abîmé, simple vitrage très bruyant côté tramway et télévision ne fonctionnant pas. Rien à voir avec les photos mises en avant sur l’annonce.

Petit déjeuner également décevant pour un 4 étoiles, avec supplément demandé pour un expresso.

Dommage, car l’établissement a du potentiel, mais les prestations réelles ne correspondent pas au standing annoncé.

Very good stay. Will recommend and might consider in future. Pricing can be better though. :)
Pros:

Very cooperative and polite staff. Location is excellent , very close to Bus station and Supermarkets and Restaurants. Very clean , comfortable and peaceful property. Good Wifi . Good for short to long stays. :)

Cons:

Less charging points in rooms . Lift is funny.

The owner needs to invest more in it.
Pros:

It was close to a meeting I had the next day and the reception staff were helpful.

Cons:

The whole place is very run-down, small room, two singles pushed together that drift apart as you sleep. Breakfast was terrible and the room its in is small and cramped. Parking is extortionate - over 30CHF

Dwa kroki do Jet d'eau!
Pros:

Uwielbiam to miejsce ze względu na lokalizację. To dosłownie parę kroków od jeziora i Jet d'eau, ale też odległość krótkiego spaceru od mojego ulubionego parku La Grange.
Personel bardzo pomocny. Śniadanie oferuje podstawowe produkty i naprawdę można wybrać coś dla siebie...
dla mnie to zawsze przepyszny szwajcarski ser :)
