this was our 4th time off staying at the Akkent garden , we arrived and was surprised to find the hotel under new ownership for the next 10 years , the new owner Ibrahim was very welcoming and advised us what was happening etc , he is a genuine nice guy and was nice to see the lady who cleans the room was still there together with Mehmet , the gardener and also Sarah who runs the pool Bar, we had a great stay rooms are always clean and so is hotel , the breakfast could do with a change but as Ibrahim advised this is all in hand , I asked one day if we could have fried eggs and he dully obliged which went down a treat, for us this is the ideal place to stay as so close to Calis and Fethiye. I have given Ibrahim my email address and asked him to contact me next year let me know availability and pricing once all works completed. I look forward to hearing from him as we are a family of 9 and really have always enjoyed our stays at the Akkent Garden

I just stayed two nights in Akkent Garden Hotel. It was allright. Lovely garden, nice pool area with a small bar. Nice British lady working there, who I think might be the owner/manager. The young guys in the reception were friendly, but not very eager to help. Maybe language barriers? The room was okay, the bed big and comfortable, A/C and a small balcony facing the garden was nice. But the bathroom, and specially the shower seemed dirty and should have been washed properly, or even replaced the glass doors if it can not be washed properly.
The breakfast was not a highlight.
The hotel was right next to one of the main roads. Since I had a room facing the garden, that was no problem. Short distance to walk to the amazing park: Sehit Fethi Bey Park. But will take you an hour to walk to the city center. Easy to get taxis though.
Nice, clean and good service all you can find in this hotel. There is not much hotel like this you can find in city center of Fethiye. We love it.
İlk ayarlanan oda bayağı kötüydü. Bir gece kaldıktan sonra başka bir odayla değiştirdik. Bu odadan memnun kaldık. Otel gayet temizdi. Kahvaltıyı beğenmedik. Çeşit azdı. Ama çalışanların ilgisinden gayet memnun kaldık.
Otelin konumu, havuzu, hizmeti çok iyiydi. Sadece yenilenmesi gerekiyor.

Öncelikle odanıza valizinizi çıkaracak bir çalışan yok.Asansör de olmadığı için bir kadın olarak yaklaşık 20 kglik iki valizi 2 kat yukarı taşımak zorunda kaldım. Odada balkon hiç yıkanmamış tamamen toz ve kir içindeydi.Klima suyu da balkona aktığı için her giriş çıkışınızda oda da çamur halini aldı.Kahvaltı orta vasat bir haldeydi ve kahve makinası bozuktu. Havuz başarılı ve temizdi.

Very nice place, calm and friendly. We booked for family of four trip and the room was big enough and comfortable for us, also staff are very friendly and welcoming.don’t miss the beautiful park open to the sea just behind the building, it’s amazing. Overall I feel like home or family house. Very recommended

Güzel ve hoş bir tatil oldu temizliği ilgi alaka ve konum olarak güzel bir yerde havuzu mükemmel çocuklu aileler için birebir çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler.
90 lı yıllardan kalma bir misafirhane tadındaydı desem yeri var. 3 gün kaldık ailece, 1 gün bile temizlenmedi. Su için dahi para ödedik. Mobilyalar, perdeler oldukça eskiydi. O kadar içimize sinmedi ki kahvaltıyı denemedik bile. Uzun zamandır yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi diyebilirim.
Oda temizliği zayıftı, kahvaltı çeşitliliği yok her gün neredeyse aynı kahvaltı, odalar arası izolasyon sıfır her türlü ses duyuluyor
Otel genel anlamda fiziki açıdan iyiydi. Fakat kahvaltı zayıftı. Aydınlatma yetersizdi. İki ayrı yatak şeklinde rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen girişte odalarının olmadığını ve iki kişilik yatak vermek zorunda olduklarını söylediler.
Eşimle çok beğendik, özellikle bahçe düzenlemesi ve temizliğine hayran kaldık, tek eksiği sabah kahvaltıdaki meyve suyu :) Aslı hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok güleryüzlü bir ekip
Ağustosta bir gece konakladık ama çocuklarla çok beğendik çalışanların sıcakkanlı yaklaşımı iyi hissettryor tesis temiz ve çok merkeziydi.

Lo único destacado de este hotel es la piscina. Las habitaciones son antiguas y las camas viejas e incómodas. El baño está viejo. La limpieza de las habitaciones consiste únicamente en hacer la cama. El desayuno es muy pobre.
