La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado aunque en la web ponía que si. Nos pusieron un ventilador pero en la habitación hacía mucho calor.

Tiny & Outdated Rooms: The rooms are very small, and the furniture and decor are overdue for a future renovation.

Slow Wi-Fi: The internet connection could be faster.

La réception : parler au client, expliquer, dire ce qui ne va pas, lever la tête de son téléphone
La non climatisation non annoncée par l'accueil (elle serait en panne) remplacée par un petit ventilateur
La non réparation de la poignée de porte de la salle de bain malgré de multiples relances au risque de rester enfermée
Le petit déjeuner : peu de local ou maison, peu de choix

Roasting hot and apparently government had banned use of air conditioning so had a really bad nights sleep

It advertised AC but they had no AC working in the hotel

Non c'era aria condizionata neppure nella hall. E con 37 gradi è stato davvero difficile soggiornare bene in questo hotel. È la prima volta che mi capita che un hotel 3 stelle non abbia alcun sistema di raffreddamento. C'era solo un piccolo ventilatore che davvero era ridicolo. Inoltre la colazione a buffet si fa vicino al banco della reception. Credo che si possa decisamente trovare di meglio.

OK, so we were there during a heatwave (37 degrees)… however, it appears that the a/c in the rooms has not worked for a long time!! It was brutally hot - had to resort to lying under wet towels. No real apology from staff (in fact one recommended we find another hotel!).
Breakfast is pretty basic, & we kept having to ask for things to be topped up It’s as if they put out the bare minimum in the hopes that guests won’t ask for more!
The hotel could be a great if the owners spent money on it, & gave the impression they cared about their guests. No wonder that it’s one of the most affordable in Geneva!

The air condition does not work - the guy at the reception claims that "it is under the reconstruction" and another guy claims "there are too many guests". Terrible experience in the summer where we had 36°C. In addition also minibar/fridge does not wor "because of reconstruction". Breakfast were poor and they were not able to supply the demand - you have to wait 30 minutes for scrumbled eggs. No vegetable during the breakfast. Fruits were on personal demand.

Sem ar condicionado durante os 5 dias de estadia e não houve a possibilidade de devolução de alguma porção do dinheiro, além de ser desumano e desconfortável face ao calor tremendo que se fazia sentir, para um hotel de 4 estrelas é inadmissível e deveriam recompensar os clientes.
O pequeno almoço não é digno de um hotel de 4 estrelas, pouquíssima variedade e de pouca qualidade.

Klima anlæg virkede ikke, mens temperaturen udenfor (og indendørs) var 35-36C i 4 ud af 5 dage af min ophold. Hotellet kunne skaffe værelser med klima anlæg på et af deres andre hoteller men ville ikke fortælle det til mig ved ankomst, men fortalte mig det “gode” nyhed at jeg kan få ventilator som ikke hjalp ret meget. (Information om værelser på andre hoteller hørte jeg fra andre gæster).
Værelse var betydelig mindre end vist på fotos.
Safety boks virkede ikke.
Morgenmad var det samme alle dage og kaffe var elendig.

No airconditioning. One bath robe. Towels were worn out. Bath gel only no shampoo. Very soft bed.
