Avoid this place at all costs!!
Cons:

My sister and I, both retired teachers, booked this room three months in advance. Day of we asked to check in one hour early and were just told no. Upon arrival, we noticed moldy smell in lobby. Our room was 88 degrees with the same smell. Front desk told us the air conditioner was broken and obviously had been for a while during the global heatwave in August. We left immediately and took up an offer in their sister hotel where the AC was working. All at our expense. Other than one person at the front desk, the place seemed abandoned. Why they couldn’t inform us of the obviously not too recent AC issues was just another example of subpar service, management, and ownership. They actually offered to provide us transport for our luggage only to the sister hotel where, then said to contact the owner by email and request reimbursement. Ridiculous!!

Le coût raisonnable dans le quartier des eaux-vives et la grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement la canicule était finie et la fenêtre donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment.

Correcto para una estancia corta en la que prima la ubicación
Pros:

Para lo que yo necesitaba, muy bien situado, super cerca de la jet d’eau, el paseo junto al lago super agradable y la zona Eaux-Vives es tranquila ya la vez con todos los servicios. Muy limpio y el personal majo. Para lo que yo priorizaba, correcto.

Cons:

Que el mobiliario y la decoración es del año de la polca: nivel Cuéntame, moqueta en los pasillos… deberían hacer una renovación urgente. No es un sitio al que iría en pareja o si quiero pasar cierto tiempo en la habitación. Yo me iba por la mañana y volvía por la noche, y lo que me interesaba es que me quedase cerca de donde trabajaba y que estuviese limpio. Y eso, perfecto.

Good choice for the price, as long as it's not too warm outside.
Pros:

The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is clean although the furniture is old and worn оuт. I have not tried the breakfast but it seamed good.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning and it's a pain to sleep summertime despite the available fan. It's practically impossible to use the terrace - quite dirty - dusty and the door-blind is hard to open.

L'emplacement, le personnel de la réception

Cons:

Il était mentionné climatisation individuelle dans les chambres mais il y avait les appareils mais qui ne fonctionnaient PAS juste un petit ventilateur quand il fait 30 degrés et qu'on choisit un hôtel avec climatisation on aimerait que la climatisation soit là sans ça c'est de la publicité MENSONGERE .Je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel

Great location in a basic hotel.
Pros:

Having lived in Eaux-Vives in Geneva for many years, the location is ideal.

Cons:

The hotel is clean but it could do with a revamp

Air conditions unit did not work. We were told it had just broken and they were getting someone in to fix it. Personally I don’t think it had been working for years.

Cons:

Salle de bain minuscule et poret qui butte contre la douche, il faut faire de la contorsion pour accéder au lavabo!!
La clim ne fonctionnait pas, il a fait très chaud!
