The aircondition isn’t working too great

Staff not as friendly as elsewhere in Philippines. Not helpful and gave inaccurate and incomplete information. Would not change room so spent night in room on very busy Main Street in Baggio. Despite clean and spacious room and comfortable bed did not get restful sleep.

Nice hotel.

Moldy bathroom, dirty chairs and curtains, old bed that shrinks, no parking, limited choices for breakfast.no parking.

Staff are accommodating. Room is in order and food is okay.

Best hotel in la trinidad area, close to strawberry farm, easy to get to and from baguio.

We will be back here to check in

Good value, clean, free breakfast but site not close to anything interesting

Everything was good it could have been great if I wasn’t charge from their labor cost as their manager says. Their stuff is kind a hard to spoke with they accused me of something I am not capable of like damaging something I didn’t do. They’re maintenances is poor yet will blame To us. We just enjoyed the stay and they just ruined the fun. The thing is we left the hotel ridiculous.

The staff were all courteous and very accomodating..i would definitely book again and recommend the place to my family and friends.

Nice view! spacious room great for family of 4, bathroom's big enough, it has ac and pool but not heated. It's ok but outdated decors, has black spots in the bathroom vanity sink, shower head's bit clogged up, windows are single pane so you'll heard the busy traffic and buffet don't expect too much. Service is awesome.

The hotel was pretty good, staff was friendly. The hotel is in need of better maintenance as it is showing wear and tear, bathtub enamel is chipped, bathroom mirror is clouding over, furniture is dated and shows wear.

It is very noisy and can hear people talk from the next room and tv blaring. Staff was on top of it when I called the desk at 2 AM....😱😩😰

overall its ok. the place is somewhat elongated and the elevator is situated on the front of the bldg and you have to walk the long hallway to your room. hair dryer is broken, including 1 light in the room

Sana ma madaming breakfast

Exasperatedly difficult to find in the local traffic (it took me almost an hour from entering the city to reaching the hotel) I was pleased to find a parking space right outside the hotel rather than going in the underground car park. Quick friendly efficient check in the desk clerk offered to find where the city non girly bars were located- which she did and called about an hour later- brilliant! - huge room, good AC , and A BATHTUB. Plenty of tv channels good lighting comfy bed. Bit noisy with guests not used to hotel norms excitedly comparing experiences (which stopped well before bedtime). Bit noisy next morning from 7am but manageable. Nice brekky including American hotel recommended
