Un personnel extraordinaire à l’écoute et très patient malgré que nous ne parlions ni croate ni anglais ils ont tout fait pour nous comprendre. Spécialement le monsieur de l’accueil, une personne adorable +++++. Merci à toute ces personnes.
Le petit déjeuner est hors-normes extraordinaire un choix de fou.
La chambre immense avec un lit géant e ultra confortable, énormément de rangement et une salle de bain magnifique.
Si vous devez aller passer un ou plusieurs jours sur zagreb je vous le recommande vivement.

Tout à fait convenable pour un petit séjour à Zagreb
Pros:

Hotel bien placé par rapport aux transports et au centre ville ; parking voiture ; confort global de l'hotel ; présence d'un restaurant ( bon petit déjeuner)

Cons:

Chambres sans le moindre "accessoire" : verre, boissons( thé ,café eau chaude), petite décorations,
télécommande de la clim en partie inopérationnelle ( heureusement nous n'en avons pas eu besoin)
On entend bien la clim de la chambre voisine ....
Pour rejoindre la chambre il fallait utiliser 2ascenseurs distants d'un loin couloir...

Pros:

It was ok for just to sleep over for 2 nigths.

Cons:

I was missing a desk lamp for working with a computer. Room was dark a bit. There was an elevator just behind the wall not good feeling at all every time when eleveator open doors.

Cons:

Er werd een kamer met balkon beloofd maar we kregen een Frans balkon met 2 tegeltjes waarin je niet kan staan met zn tweeën. Baliepersoneel heeft veel moeite met glimlachen. Zeeppompjes werkten niet. Ontbijtboren niet helemaal schoon. Gehorig. Receptie in een pizzeria waardoor het hotel naar wen gebakken deeg ruikt.
