Pros:

Большой номер, удобная мебель, есть столики, кресла, удобные кровати, балкон. Очень тихая улица, мало транспорта.
В комнате и в гостинице чисто. Хозяйка и обслуживающий персонал очень внимательны, с удовольствием помогали по всем вопросам

The best receptionist (Kathy) ever!
Pros:

I just want to cheer up the most adorable person I have met during my trip in Vietnam, that was"Kathy" (the receptionist). She was always available and so helpful for any situation you may need support from a local person... besides the fact that she is a loveable human being.

Globalement un bon rapport qualité-prix mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à un établissement et des équipements récents... Porte-fenêtre qui ferme mal, mauvaise odeur de la climatisation, bouilloire et sèche-cheveux d'un autre temps, murs craquelés...

Personnel très serviable et agréable. Très grande chambre et très grande salle de bain. Hôtel très calme et très propre. La propriétaire s'est rendue très disponible et nous a laissé ses coordonnées si nous rencontrons des problèmes lors de notre séjour au Vietnam.

Pros:

Best place to stay!!! Would recommend to everyone :) Great room and the owner/employees were the nicest people, always there to help and they provided a lot of great recommendations and tips for the city. Also the bike/motor rental was very convenient. We had the best time here!
