Hotel Supreme

It was nice hotel with nice staff member. Clean room and good breakfast.

The only negative was a third floor room with no elevator.

One of the Fd tone of voice is a bit rude. The building and everything are old and some are rusty. They didn't honor the price showing for extra guest on Expedia. On the first day, the breakfast was delivered to our room. On the second day, I've asked to deliver the breakfast to our room but they declined because room service is only for seniors and pwd. I'm confused.

Not so clean facilities

A lovely hotel with excellent staff. A bit rustic but elegant.

Stayed in the older building. Room was disgusting. Stains on sheets and towels, and wall. Carpet was dirty. The staff was friendly however.

Their old building is not good anymore and they need to renovate it as it is very old building and it is very dirty.

When i got there , everything was fantastic. Love where i stayed and want to stay there again. Then we had a Power outage and i could not get back in my room. They changed the lock for me and after 2 days i was able to get back , over all the stay was great and i will be returning soon.

The carpet of the room looks untidy and the service phone is not working. Also there is no elevator. Thumbs up for the good staff and everyday refill of drinking water.

Not so good. I need to be watchful next time. I thought I was booking with the convention center. Likewise, check in was devastating I almost thought I was not able to book for 2 rooms but I was charged for 2. It skipped my mind that I booked the other under a friend's name. I can't access the confirmation and the front desk staff are not helpful. They insist on seeing the confirmation but their WiFi signal is not good. I just thought I gave the details of my card n they could verify, anyway I used the same card for both booking. I was the one who even suggested can try looking for booking under my companion thus I gave the name one by one. Poor data management. They are very uncorteous (the front desk staff). Worse, the housekeeping staff insisted that there was a remote control for TV when we asked for it as soon as we entered the room, but there was really none. Comforter similar to another is not available in the other. The reason, they ran out of it. Horrible...

The food at this hotel is great. Swimming pool was not heated, although they said it was.

The room is not good. Electric fan is not working. Agoda posted wrong photos of the hotel.
