Pros:

The staffs are amazing and professional,I want to single out one Kenyan lady at the reception, she's so amazing, friendly and professional.i highly recommend her ,she made me feel home and would be back again.The rooms are big enough, comfortable bed,good location and amazing lobby to relax.

Cons:

They should improve on bathroom amenities, put more towels,I was given only one towel,they should also put dental care n slippers.

Cons:

I don't like the size of the room and I don't like because you don't have a utensils. I dont like the location of the room I want an overlooking room so that I can see the place outside

Farely ok,comfortable beds .
Pros:

I didn't know there was beakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was not enough towels ,drinking water,Cups coffee satchets and tissues.
