The staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked one of them for his name and he refused to answer. No badge, no name tag, just disrespect.

When I asked for basic help, I was ignored. The staff don’t seem to know their job and don’t care to assist guests.

The room was old, run down, and dirty. The bathroom had peeling paint, a bad smell, and was missing basic amenities.

Worst service and worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your money here.

Pros:

The bed and couch were very comfy, there was also a nice table that I used as my working station, it's also close to many restaurants so when you make an order it arrives in less than 20 minutes. Their room lighting is also excellent. Plan on staying there more often.

Location was good

Cons:

Asked and confirmed a late check-in 'coz of work delay, still room was unavailable and room that was booked isn't the exact same room in the booking. Waited for an hour to be checked in. Ended up being checked in at 12midnight
