Excellent staff and great location ..beautiful pool.. very good breakfast...I have read complaints about the screen but I think that was very hygienic and staff served plentiful amounts and you ordered hot breakfast ..great omelettes...would stay here again

Room doors don't lock automatically when you shut them, and the hotel staff don't tell guests. Many hadn't realised when I spoke to them.
We arrives 4 hours before room was meant to be ready. I spoke to reception 20 minutes after it was meant to be available but kept getting told it would be another 20 minutes. In contrast, room needed to be vacated 3 hours before my taxi. Though I could stay in reception (it was raining heavily) there was no water provided.
Room balconies are decorative only, there's not enough depth to allow you to sit on them to enjoy the view, and the carpet around the window is pockmarked with cigarette burns.
The light switches are difficult to use, especially in the dark.
The hotel is in a great location on the marina and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Although there is no access to a beach, with nice grounds and a good pool for swimming, it is an ideal place to stay for couples or a family. The hotel was clean everywhere and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast room on the roof had nice views and there was a good choice for breakfast. Although comfortable our only slight criticism would be that the room itself was slightly dated and could do with being refurbished; however we would stay here again.
The breakfast was excellent, the location was very convenient and local to all areas. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was to a great standard.
The decor needs updating. There were broken things in the room like the lamp shade and picture. The painting was very flakey and there were some cracked tiles in the bathroom. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. Just needs updating however, the cleaning was excellent.
The location and pool is gorgeous overlooking the Marina, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and booked a fabulous trip at a reasonable price, would definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a fabulous location, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highlights were the pool and the breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view. The rooms had a fabulous view too.
We thought the rooms were a bit tired looking for the price, we had cigarette burns on our carpet and on the furniture which was disappointing. A stricter no smoking policy might avoid this. If the rooms had a facelift, it would be the perfect 10
It was a nice place right at the marina.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious with the very best view of the marina, the serving staff were delightful. Hotel location an views are superb, facing the sea and is quiet and peaceful.
Bathroom was tired and paint work and tile grouting was grubby. The carpet in the room felt old and dirty.
