Cons:

Al entrar al Hotel, el olor a humedad es mucho, el elevador no tiene los numeros del piso, el pasillo, la habitación tienen un olor desagradable a humedad.

A las 4 de la mañana empezaba a sonar el teléfono y me despertaba, en pasillo hay un extractor de aire que sonaba toda la noche y ruido de taladro en la noche.

La limpieza del baño es muy mala, la tina tiene salitre, la habitación tiene alfombra y su limpieza no es muy buena, los primeros días dejaban el shampoo y barra de jabón, el último día ya no dejaron nada.

buena atencion habitaciones limpias y cera del CAS Monterrey a 8 min Caminando

ubicacion cercana al CAS Monterrey la atencion del personal bien solo el estacionamiento esta a una cuadra y media pero realmente para ir atramitar el tema de la visa esta excelente .. el personal muy atento y las habitaciones muy limpias

Muy cerca del Cas y caminando en el centro y macroplaza

Cons:

En la habitación hay alfombra, no hay ventana y la ventilación no es buena, olia a pura humedad y el hotel está lleno de hombres que viajan a Estados Unidos las escaleras siempre sucias.
