Vessel Hotel Campana Kyoto Gojo

The onsen was the best part of staying at this hotel. The hotel was also very close to a train station, which made the location a plus too.

Great customer service

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, it was amazing. There is a public bath that opens til 1am, going to the public bath was the highlight of our day, it was so relaxing. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful.
A convenient store is literally next to the hotel, we love convenient stores. Walkable to Nishiki Market and Kamo River. We walked to Kiyomizu-dera, around 30 mintues. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Kyoto. Vessel Hotel Campana Kyoto Gojo made our Koyto trip so memorable!

Amazing location with onsen inside the hotel

Clean, but room slightly less spacious than ideal for our family of 4. Super helpful staff and great location/convenient to many restaurants and subway.

Fantastic public bath.

Outstanding! My family enjoyed our stay and their first class service. My girls love their cotton candy machine. Highly recommended.

Brilliant stay for Kyoto

It was a horrible hotel. Dirty and had a weird smell. Small elevator. Did not provide any water even though it was close to 100 degrees out. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean our room not even once. I will never stay here again. Also, I paid for our breakfast to be included and when I got there I had to pay an additional fee with a reason given.

Good location, liked the complimentary drinks and breakfast buffet, rooms were small but this is to be expected in Japan

Liked the location the most! Staff was helpful and facility was very clean and good.also loved the free sachets at the reception for self care.

The breakfast is extraordinary. It made us excited to go eat every morning! The care that is put into the food preparation and service is evident by the women who run food services. The room was small-ish but fine for a stay of a few days. The location was convenient to the subway and about a 20 - 25 min walk to Gion and some other popular sites. Overall, a good value for the price.

Service and staff were good. The only problem I have is I booked through Expedia and it clearly said there are two beds and can sleep 4 people. When we got there, the staff says only small children can fit on the bed where in Expedia i we put the ease of the children also so we had to upgrade the room with three belts.

Wonderful hotel, close to everything ans really comfortable. Great for families. The “made your own cotton candy” station they offered in the afternoons was a hit among my kids. Breakfast was delicious. I Will stay there again the next time I’m in Kyoto!

Nice property, plenty of amenities, didn't utiize onsen

Awful hotel. I found blood on the sheet. The staff in front door were not helpful. Rome were small you could hardly walk around.

Small but comfy room for a solo traveler. Very clean and staff were very friendly. Location was also a bonus. In the middle of everything, walking distance to all tourist locations.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff clean. Large rooms. Wonderful breakfast. And free drinks throughout the day.

Love this hotel!

It's a 2 minute walk to the Gojo subway station, surrounded by restaurants and 7/11 next door.

The room was small but very clean with comfortable bed and pillow. The noise level was low so we were able to sleep well at night.

The staff was helpful. One of the staff helped us with the paper work to ship our luggage to Tokyo via Yamato.
