Hotel Turquoise

I booked this hotel during my visit to Chandigarh on way to HP. I booked it seeing the facilities provided by them ie revolving Restaurant, swimming pool, gym , etc. But after reaching there, they told that revolving restaurant only operate for party booking. Also, neither the swimming pool was operating nor the gym. Lastly, at booking the hotel it showed 20% discount on dinning but that discount was not given to me, on asking they told that it will be given only if bill exceed 2000.00.
I talked to the senior person that if it is the case then they should mention at the time of booking that "Subject to bill exceed 2000.00*. It's simple case of betraying the customers, because for couple the bill will meter exceed 2000.00 if you are vegetarian. So, overall not satisfied in staying that hotel.

All bad, dirty rooms, poor service

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the hotel we recently stayed at, which was booked based on its purported 4-star rating.
The actual experience was absolutely horrendous, and I am baffled as to how this establishment earned such a high rating unless there is negligence or something questionable about the rating process itself.

Key Issues Encountered:

1 Substandard Hygiene:
The cleanliness of the premises was far below acceptable standards. The rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces were poorly maintained, raising serious concerns about health risks to the guests.
2 Safety Concerns:
The hotel lacked adequate safety measures, creating an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous environment for its visitors.
3 Misleading Ratings:
The discrepancy between the claimed 4-star rating and the reality of the hotel's condition is alarming. This raises suspicions about the integrity of the rating system.
Furthermore, there are rumors that the company managing this hotel may be on the brink of bankruptcy. If this is the case, why has no action been taken to ensure that tourists are informed about such situations or that quality standards are upheld?

Lastly, I am disappointed with Chandigarh Tourism's oversight in maintaining basic hygiene and safety standards for hotels in the area. It reflects poorly on the city and undermines its reputation as a travel destination.

Poor hotel not acceptable quality for people used to travelling. Had to change room and room we received the TV was broken and hot water was intermittent. Bathroom was dirty, with shower trays particularly rough. Would not recommend this hotel to international guests unless you wish to save some some money. Unfortunately this hotel was booked by a relative. Staff were ok but hopeless.

Excellent hospitality and service provided by the Hyatt event team specially I would like to appreciate Mr. Anil and his team like Gagan and Ayush And Manager Mr.Sumit Sharma for his management and also food was very delicious and also thnx to Chef Amit and his team

Pathetic rooms. Unprofessional staff. Dirty bathrooms. So much negative energy. I was promised a complimentary upgrade since I was not satisfied with rooms checked in by me earlier. When I came in the evening, nothing was done to address my problem. Will never come again at this hotel.

I recently stayed Turquoise Chandigarh. It was good experience at the hotel. Good Food, clean rooms and nice staff.
At reception Mr.Ankush was very helpful during my stay.

Khusboo who suggested me few places to visit in Chandigarh and she was very helpful.
I am definitely going to visit again.

While travelling to the Delhi I was Stayed with my family for 2 days in this hotel, the hotel staff was amazing and all the facilities have been excellent 👌 kudos to the team and love to come again in the future...................... ........

A property with immense pleasure.....
Practically all the money spent in Turquoise is all worth it. Enjoyed the loveable guest experience given by the staff specifying upon the front office team with immense empathy by Mr. Durgesh in the lobby. I urgently requested for something and i was in so hurry but the team provided me the stuff with a glimpse.

Thankyou Turquoise surely looking back to visit again.

I recently stayed solo at the hotel Turquoise Chandigarh and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Over all very nice experience.

We stayed there during our trip to himachal ,we opted for two rooms
We were given complimentary upgrade

Rooms with front view known premium rooms are very good to stay .

brekafast is okay,limited choice in breakfast but good in taste

Team front office is very helpful and quick to resolve all queries

Stayed there for two nights during my official trip ,everything is just top notch ,highly recommended for all type of travellers, breakfasts is full of varieties…..
Revolving lounge is not in operation due to some renovation work .will surely visit again whenever my travel plan bring back me to the city

What a dump. A disgusting hotel broken tile broken bathrooms, no curtains in bathroom, take month to get refund.
they dont speak english, just nodding hair what does that even mean.
i change room 2 times still the same $$. no idea who manages something like this.they mixed up my bills with someone else. they cannot acccpt international credit cards and they tell you its your credit card

Great experience and overall the service is very good especially Tanmoy and Shivani . They both serves well & doesn't let customer wait.
They have a lot of varieties of food, even my 9 months baby enjoyed the saute vegetables and porridge. Thanks

Bad Bad Bad - should be rated below 1 star.
Checked in online for two days. My worse stay ever in last 30 years. I paid almost Rs4200 per night. Money in the drain. Dirty sheets, dirty bath showers, unsanitary place, cracked floors, paint is chipping off or smudged poorly. Slow single elevator, poor preparation of breakfast items, stale bread, dirty spoons and cups.

Do not fall for glass tall building. Inside it looks UNTIDY and UNSANITARY.

They did not want to clean up my room 2nd days. I confronted to clean my room and went to dinner. I came back and room was still dirty. I told front desk manager to change my room. He had a bad attitude. Bad hospitality skills. Every staff member is on the phone all the time. Bell desk is in the lobby is on the phone. They don’t help. This place is beyond nightmare.

DO NOT GO TO TURQUOISE HOTEL

Worst experience ever rooms are so smelly, dust everywhere staff so rude and furniture is in a very bed condition even the room tiles have gap between them. We could also see fungus on the wi dow the towels which where provided where already dirty
