Pros:

The location is great as it is a couple of blocks from the main train station. Decent breakfast offering a choice of Japanese or western.

バスルームが改装された直後か、ピカピカで清潔。
ホテルの内装はクラシックだが、清潔に保たれていて好印象。
ホテルのスタッフの笑顔も素晴らしい。
博多駅からも近い。

Pros:

ビジネスホテルならではの部屋が狭いのはありましたが、大人2人での宿泊でしたので充分でした。博多駅から直ぐそばで、ホテル隣はドラッグストア。ローソン。目の前はスタバ・スタバの横はセブンイレブンがあり、とてもいいな、と思いました。

Cons:

家族4人（1人は未就学児）でダブルの部屋とシングルの部屋を予約しました。隣同士にしてくれていたのはよかったのですが、どう見てもベッドのサイズは同じ。どちらもセミダブル。部屋の広さはダブルだと案内された方が狭かった。ユニットバスが古い。
