The size of the room, the location. Breakfast served was average.

Cons:

The behavior of the staff is very cold and non customer centeric. We stayed for 7 days and the pool wasn't functional. It is dirty and unkempt. Very overpriced stay.

The stay was awesome . Food & staff are good & very cooperative.
Mr. Pintu was very helpful throughout the stay .
Nice experience all together.

Cons:

The building was so nice prior . But I feel it needs renovation or at least new paint in every room. Looks old this time compared to the previous year .
