Decent place, has a lot of scope to be much better
Pros:

The size of the room was good.

Cons:

Everything was dirty and grimy, accompanied by a smell which the staff sprayed some much room freshner to get rid off that it made everything worse.

Pros:

I went to lbd resort with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. Mr. Anirban was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!

Pros:

Really helpful staff, nice breakfast. The rooms were big.

Cons:

most of the time we had hot water but sometimes it was ice cold. You had to specifically ask for room cleaning.

Worst Experience of Calcutta
Pros:

Nothing , damn old property, fake photos, my card got blocked, they had a free cancellation policy but didn't obey rules ,they extorted money from my family,pathetic experience.
The FOM Anirban was rude, not in uniform , showing gangster attitude,if you want to stay safe keep away from these people.
