Room was ok but not the facilities.
Pros:

First room the air con didn’t work & most of the plug sockets were faulty but we got moved pretty quickly & the 2nd room was decent.

Cons:

The gym was absolute joke, 4 machines all not working & rusty as hell.

Good when on a budget
Pros:

We had a good room and nice view. And the value for the stay was overall great. The room wasn’t the cleanest, but we didn’t have any issue with that. Breakfast was probably the saviour of the stay (folks, do not anticipate an “American style” buffet. It’s Vietnam. They are going to have Vietnamese food.) View from the pool deck was nice. Housekeeping was nice. Front desk staff were lovely. With the hotel being so close to the beach, there are so many great places to eat and have drinks at.

Cons:

Despite the claim of “sound proof” - no. It is not sound proof. And when people come in late at night through the halls and they are talking or scanning their key cards… you hear it. We decided to complain once because it was our last day and the group that was in the hall was so loud calling to each other from other rooms and going up and down the stairs and just talking so loudly. Security came but literally that was when no one was around. Security then came to our door and knocked. Both my partner and I (having both worked in hotels, myself for 9 years and him just one year) found it to be the wrong protocol to identify the room that complained. Not that there was anyone around to see. But we found that to be wrong. All of the nights we slept with earplugs. Cause you hear the noise from the hall and from the street. Did not hear anything from anyone upstairs though. The pool did not look swimmable. It wasn’t the cleanest as the photos would suggest. The fitness centre was a bit broken. The windows from the room were dirty. So you couldn’t really see too well from them if it wasn’t open.

Pros:

Very clean, the location is nice, right next to the beach. For the prime location, the price is pretty ok

Cons:

There was no window to outside, only a small trapdoor to the hall. There should be a lock on those trapdoor
