Pros:

服务热情，早餐丰富，位置就在海边非常方便。12点退房后不仅可以寄存行李而且还提供了淋浴，方便我们出海回来洗漱和更衣。最要感谢的是当老板知道我们的车子轮胎爆胎后热心联系了当地人打气还介绍我们去最近的修理店铺解决了我们开车的大问题。

Paar minuten lopen van het strand. Schoon hotel met dagelijkse schoonmaak. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Extra handdoeken voor het zwembad. Dagelijks nieuwe flesjes water op de kamer. Dove toiletartikelen. Mooi uitzicht op het zwembad en bergen. Konden 1 van de 2 kamers aanhouden tot 20:00 uur in verband met late vlucht voor een kleine prijs.

Fijne locatie, super schoon, heerlijk zwembad, loopafstand naar het strand, warme sfeer die er hangt door de familie die het hotel runt. Zeker een aanrader. Ik zal hier ook opnieuw naar toe gaan bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Oludeniz!

Cons:

Alles was perfect behalve dat de kamers een beetje donker zijn.

Long story short — this hotel is awesome!

I’m writing this review a bit late, but better late than never)

So, back in August 2025, I hit the road with my family and parents for a Turkey trip. We stayed at a few different hotels along the way, varying in category. And to wrap up our holiday, we spent 7 days here — in two rooms of different categories, actually. So yeah, I’ve got plenty to compare it to!

First off, this place is family‑run — the whole operation is in one family’s hands. And that’s a huge plus, because hospitality is their thing! We were welcomed like long‑lost friends — seriously, from the owner’s family to every single staff member. They jumped right in to help us park the car (which is no small feat around here), stayed on top of our questions, checked in on how we were doing, and even gave us a hand when we had a little problem with our car. Everyone speaks great English, and there was even a Russian‑speaking guy working at the restaurant.

Second big win! The hotel just went through a major renovation. Everything got a fresh look — from the building’s exterior to the tiniest details in the rooms and around the property. New plumbing, appliances, dishes, bedding. It’s all clean, cozy, well‑designed, and thought through. You’ve got everything you need for a comfy stay. Oh, and there’s even a little capsule coffee machine in the room — with daily refills of capsules!

Third up: the location. In my look, it’s spot‑on. You’re basically in the heart of lower Ölüdeniz — right where all the action is — but somehow all the noise and hustle don’t make it here. Huge plus if you’ve got kids or just want to chill in the evening. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the sea and the beach, 2 minutes to the main pedestrian street with bars, clubs, shops, and travel agencies, and just 10 metres to the artisan alley where you can pick up some unique souvenirs.

Another thing I’ve gotta mention is the food.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a relaxing stay.
Pros:

This is the 3rd time l have stayed in this wonderful hotel. I really cannot fault it. The staff are always polite and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food is amazing. The location is just perfect just off the main strip and 5 minutes walk to the beach(it’s pebbly so bring water shoes). The prices for drinks/snacks/meals are reasonable and you can just charge it yourself your room and pay when you check out.

Cons:

I really struggled to find anything negative to say but l think extra coffee pods in the hotel room would benefit guests as often my husband and l only had one pod between us and the pool towels were a bit on the thin side but that didn’t matter all that much as we brought our own towels from home.

a nice place where I returned with pleasure, but unfortunately something is not as it used to be! from a quiet and bohemian atmosphere it became a little tiring and noisy. local tourists don't really have the sense not to disturb the one next to you! when you see them jumping into the pool like a torpedo, splashing everything around (although there is a rule not to jump into the pool), when you see parents putting their babies in diapers with everything in the pool or jacuzzi (and you don't know how clean they are) all the relaxation is gone. the jacuzzi has become a pool for children up to 1 year old. the staff's attention is obviously focused on the locals and less on foreign tourists! at the restaurant we were actually argued when we explained that they had ordered the wrong food and brought something completely different. the water bottles for the room were brought when they remembered although they had to be left daily. Although the place has been modernized, unfortunately the quality of service tends to decrease... and the short young man at the restaurant is far from what Turkish hospitality means, unfortunately!
And in rooms you should put some hangers!

A lovely, relaxed hotel
Pros:

The location was great, a short walk to the beach, main strip and some great restaurants (Orange restaurant was wonderful!)
The manager was lovely, offered us breakfast and to chill by the pool while we waited for our room to be ready . He also helped to hustle our very late transport driver on our checkout day.
The mountain views from the pool area were incredible!

Cons:

The shower in our bathroom spilled out of the recess, creating huge pools of water that the bathmat didn’t stands chance to soak up.
