Great stay would return if in Olundeniz again
Pros:

The room was a good size modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. We used the pool which was very refreshing on a hot day. The location of the hotel was very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The breakfast included was very good with lots of options. We were lucky to get a car park at the front door of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

Lovely friendly family run hotel that Was a pleasure to stay at and I am sure we will return one day
Pros:

Everything was great, the staff are top notch and very welcoming, helpful and attentive. I would 100% recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Cons:

We were promised and quoted for a late check out which we agreed to and at the last minute it was changed and I was only informed by my children, not a satisfactory was to find out, but it was last day and bears no real reflection on a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Unsal Hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our holiday in Ölüdeniz.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Everything was always fresh, tidy, and well looked after.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh food, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. Every morning was a perfect start to the day.

The swimming pool was always crystal clear, quiet, and very relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after spending time at the beach.

The best part of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. You can truly feel that this is a family-run hotel where guests are treated like family, and that makes all the difference.

The location is also perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and relaxing.

Thank you to the entire Unsal Hotel team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and if we return to Ölüdeniz, we will happily stay here again!

Centrally located hotel
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely pool and view of mountain close to the beach. Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful.
Spacious balcony with a clothes dryer to dry clothes after swimming. Walking distance to blue lagoon and markets.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit noisy at night due to location but we expected that. What i didn't expect was the fact that everytime someone in the room upstairs flushed the toilet, it would make a loud noise in our room like water gushing behind the walls. It was so loud that it woke us up a few times. Also the quality of the linen isnt the best. It was a bit rough but at least they had proper duvets on the bed

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ölüdeniz. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff made us feel very welcome.

The reception staff were absolutely amazing—very friendly, polite, humble, and always smiling. They spoke really good English, which made everything very easy for us. They gave us lots of useful information about the area, tourist attractions, and places to visit.

The room was really nice, modern, and definitely worth the price. Everything looked new, including the furniture, TV, and other equipment. The room service was excellent. Every day they cleaned the room perfectly, changed the bed linens, and kept everything fresh and tidy.

The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were also friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was amazing, and we spent a lot of relaxing time there after exploring the area.

The hotel’s location is perfect. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and many bars. It really feels like the centre point for everything, making it very convenient to get around.

One thing that really impressed me happened during checkout. I was struggling to find a taxi through Uber because there were very few Uber drivers in the area. The lady at the reception immediately took care of everything. She called a local taxi company, and a taxi arrived within just five minutes. It was handled so quickly and professionally without any stress.

What made this hotel special was the hospitality. Every time we left the hotel or came back, the reception staff always asked how our day had been and whether we needed any help. Those small gestures made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after from start to finish.

I will definitely come back to Ölüdeniz, and when I do, I will stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.

Great location and friendly staff, but rooms and breakfast could use an upgrade
Pros:

We had a decent stay at Unsal Hotel, mostly thanks to its fantastic location, which is just a short walk away from the beach. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the pool—the water was nice and warm, which is absolutely perfect if you are traveling with kids.

Overall, a good option because of the location and great service, but the rooms and breakfast options could be improved for the price.

Cons:

There are a few areas where we felt the hotel fell a bit short, especially for the price they charge. The rooms are pretty basic and definitively lack proper lighting. While it's fine in the morning when the sun shines in, it gets very dark in the afternoon, and a stronger bulb or an extra lamp is definitely needed.

As for the breakfast, there is a large selection of food, but it felt a bit lacking for a European taste. The coffee was quite watery and could be much better. We also missed having healthier options like granola, a wider variety of yogurts, and fresh fruit like bananas. They only served pancakes once during our stay, which would be great to have daily. There is egg selection and plenty veggies and other, so you won't go hungry, but it looks like there is more variety than there actually is.

Pros:

The location is perfect, only mins away from the beach. Breakfast is decent and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof so it can be a little bit annoying around bedtime.
