Park Inn By Radisson Istanbul Ataturk Airport

We just had a 7 day stay as UK guests visiting for a clinic, service was ok, house keeping good, fresh towels and bottles of water every day. Room was clean and basic standard, the shower let it down with the temperature not regulating. The air con was great in room! We reported broken fridge in our room and within an hour we had a new working one. Bar and restaurant staff are accommodating especially Zafer he came to chat every day to us with very good english and very friendly, we enjoyed every meal the food was good quality and lots of variety on the menu. The souvenir shop inside the hotel was a nice touch but pricey. We would only recommend more comfortable seating in the outside area of the hotel as an approvement as we like to sit in the sun and the metal chairs become uncomfortable after a while, although we understand this is a smoking area. Also trip adviser advertises the hotel has an outdoor pool and that is not true which was very disappointing so please look at changing this misinformation.

My flight was really early to London and I booked this hotel to transit only . However I requested at 4:45 am little did I know I was awake at 5:20 am with little time to rush . I came downstairs and the guy didn’t even apologise and he has all
information infront of him

If it was other hotels they would have refunded me my stay and I hope the management consider this as this could have truly ended up me missing the flight and the inconvenience was terrible . Bed was not comfortable , pillow were not comfortable

Daha önce de konakmıştım genel olarak otel kötü değil temizlik personel hizmet vesaire bunlar güzel fakat yataklar çok kötü. Otelde yatmak için kalırsın yataklar ve yastıklar kötü olduğunda geri kalanların da anlamı olmuyor. Yatakların kötü olduğunu personele ilettik ilgilendiler yatağı değiştirmişler fakat değiştirdikleri yatak da kötü çünkü yatakların hepsi eski. Personelin elinden gelen bir şey yok yatakların değişmesi lazım on yıllık otel yataklarda on yıllık

İş seyahatında bu oteli kullandık. İdare eder bir otel konseptinde gördük

Oda buz gibiydi küçücük oda kliması çalışmıyordu adeta dondum kötü bir gün geçirdim yerlerde halıda ıslaklıklar vardı biryerden su akıyordu kötü rezalet bir odaydı bakımsız

Oteldeki en büyük sıkıntı toz ve banyo temizlik yapılsa da tüm eşyalar dolaplar yatakların etrafı aşırı tozlu banyolar da ken ve banyo yapıp çıktığınız zaman tüm banyo su içinde kalıyor acilen düzeltilmesi lazım uzun süreli konaklamalarda sıkılabilirsiniz çünkü cam yok hava alabileceğiniz bir yer yok sadece klima

Et rigtigt godt hotel med god kvalitet og renlighed. Perfekt service fra personale uanset om det var rengøring eller spørgsmål om byens attraktioner ⭐️

Only down was that their fridge in the room was not working (on purpose)
Their restaurant is also really good

The worst hotel ever ever seen

Our room was set to a temperature of 32 degrees which is apparently a centralised system. The hotel is advertised as 5 star but is not even clean enough for a 3 star rating. The lifts and showers smell of urine. The breakfast is a buffet allegedly. When we complained and were moved to another room it was no better so out of a 7 night stay we stayed 1 night and had to go to Marriott Hotel down the road which is 5 star
Could not get a refund from Expedia or our Credit card so bye to both of those companies too

İstanbul'a uzun bir aradan sonra Expedia dan rezervasyon yaparak geldim. Açıkçası bazı yorumları okuyunca çekinmedim değil ancak bu kadarda olmaz dedim. Park inn Radisonun kapısından girip check in yaptığım andan taki check out yaptığım zamana kadar sanki kendi evimde gibi rahattım.Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların ilgisi yardım severliği restauranttakiler keza öyle odaların temizliği hiçbir sorunum olmadı. Ulaşım konusunda çok kolay bir alanda çok çeşitli ulaşım imkanlarım vardı. Tek sorun aynı koridordaki odalarda kalan öğrenci gruptu resepsiyona iletince bu durumda çözüldü. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum bir daha İstanbul'a gelirsem gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim yeri artık biliyorum.
