A family staycation and booked two rooms. One of the rooms unfortunately had no outside view., but overall the rooms were clean and well maintained with good facilities. There was a minor accident, a lamp fall in front of the room.
The breakfast was good and the location is great, very close to PVJ Mal.
However, we were disappointed because there was no prior notice on Agoda that the swimming pool would be closed due to Olympic event. We choose this hotel because of its pool, so finding out only after arrival was really frustrating .
Overall, a pleasant stay but the lack of information about the pool affected our experience.

Excellent services from the staffs, really friendly and polite. Especially Cherryl, she is very helpful whenever you need help with anything else.

After 3 weeks at Hotel de Java, it is without a doubt my favorite hotel in Indonesia.

The rooms are very nice and have a great tropical style and are kept very clean (spotless). No other hotel that I have visited in Bandung keeps the room as nice.

The food, especially the local food, is very fresh and exceptionally good. More so, if you inform them of a specific food that you want they will make it for you.

Finally, the staff is incredibly warm and friendly. It feels like home. Ask for Cheryl. She is very helpful whether you want a specific food prepared or need help with anything else.

I will be sad to leave the hotel.

To anyone coming to Bandung, I highly recommend you stay at Hotel de Java. It’s a fantastic experience.

Great place to stay because near the PVJ mall. The staffs really welcoming. Excellent services from the staffs. The room really clean and tidy. Most important the foods during breakfast really delicious alot of varieties. One of the best staff Elly.

So far so good menginap disini di bilik 118, but karena bawa baby we need extra bathmat. Pelayanannyabbaik dan ramah ramah sekali, berikut makanannya okey dan banyak rasa. Had a lil bit conversation with mrs eres that help us since checked in while breakfast before we check out to go back to malaysia

Overall our stay was quite nice. Stayed in the deluxe room and the rooms were quite bigger than expected. Pool was nice as it was indoors. Service was amazing, Elly one of the staff assisted with the breakfast which was quite nice. One drawback is the wait time for the air conditioner to become cold.

the reception was not friendly, and no one helped me to carry all my stuff when I check-in, but when I'm when out to the mall across from the hotel I saw they help some other Guests, But not me! so disappointed, I have a baby, and my mom old woman, and I carry all my stuff so much, so disappointed no security or portal for help and serve me, the breakfast is was good,

The smell in the room is not very good.

1) Tissue paper left one piece & they still can fold it nicely without replenish. Need to call to replenish & tissue given was in loose form.
2) Shower was spoiled & toilet is dirty.
3) The painting drop down in the mid night.
4) Staff unable to communicate in English.
5) Food is in lower grade & less choices

Convenient due to there’s a shopping mall opposite, the staff was helping as I could not converse in their local language. Overall, a good stay!

Nice hotel with great service. Particularly from Robi and Dian. They were both very attentive and efficient.

The room was okay but since it’s right next to the main street it was so noisy as well as the construction was kept on going..location is alright but I recommend getting higher floor

Accessibility is superb. Close to PVJ mall. Walking distance to 24 hour convenience shops..

The staff are very helpful and polite.. . We had requested for queen bed but due to weekend crowd only the double single bed room were avail instead.. Cleanliness could be improved further as we found our cups were not changed and still dirty when we came back to our room late in the evening.. Overall, we love the location as it was nearby all the shopping places..

Good location for Shopping & F&B, right opposite Paris Van Java (Mall). Rooms clean , big & spacious ; recently renovated. Good spread buffet breakfast. Very courteous & friendly staff. I was there for business, wifi was pretty good, stable. About 20 mins drive to / from Airport.

This small hotel is located on a busy street directly opposite Paris Van Java mall. Rooms were comfortable and clean with ample space to hang our clothes, store our shoes, luggage, etc. Bathroom was also clean and equipped with a hairdryer, basic toiletries, separate shower, etc. We stayed 2 nights in non-smoking rooms that were located on the 5th floor. There is a small sized swimming pool at the rooftop. We had our buffet breakfast and set dinner at De Bale restaurant which was located next to the lobby on the ground floor.
