So Near Yet So Far
Pros:

The location is near the famous PVJ Mall and the friendly staff plus the bed.. very comfy. Very convenient to get food as there are many shops only walking distance. Next to the Family Mart shop.. my favorite.

Cons:

Getting there is a hassle, very bad traffic flow. On the map it's very near the train station but getting there took us forever.

Pros:

Big room, large bed. Clean, comfortable beds. Good bar (Biru) in the hotel, with a good list of drinks to chose from.

Cons:

Maybe our room was located in a noisy part of the the hotel but there were noises / banging on the hallway, above, below.
Hard to sleep well through all the noise. I rated GOOD just because of the noise who was too much.

Nice but it could be better
Pros:

The staff were delightful. From the door person to the cleaning staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful.
The lobby and restaurant look beautiful.
The speakeasy style bar, Biru, was comfortable and welcoming.
The location is great. 3 convenience stores nearby with a very large mall across the street.
While we didn't use the pool area, on the 6th floor, looked very good.

Cons:

When we prepared to go to bed on our first night, we noticed that the bedsheets were stained in various places. They were replaced very quickly when requested.
The towels provided also had various stains. And were replaced with towels with other stains. Again quickly corrected.
Clean linens would be expected at a 4 star hotel.
Our room was on the 1st floor so the road noise was an issue but that's not something the hotel can really control.
We booked a room with a king bed. A king bed which was just 2 twins beds pushed together.

Great location and excellent value for money
Pros:

Perfect location for shopping, dining and exploring wonderful Bandung.
The hotel offers a lot of great facilities with restaurants, pool, spa and bar.
Fantastic and friendly staff and you are met with smiles and helpfulness.
Really recommend this place for excellent value for money.
