If the pull out couch was sleepable would have been 4 star

The pool, location,

Cons:

The pull out couch you could not sleep on it 6 inch foam -laying n springs, would have liked to know that their was ice , vending, washer dryer, map of where we are, what is close to us

manager terrible. there was pee on our made up bedsheets and the managers response was “i don’t know how they clean”. no apology, no offer other than to give us new sheets

Great getaway!
Pros:

Biscayne suites was very nice! Loves the rooftop
Pool and had other deck for
Sunbathing or getting shade. Only one wall of shade by pool though but plenty of options on the deck. Nice view

It was good for the price and enjoyed the size of the pool
Pros:

The pool and being close to the boardwalk for the price was great

Cons:

The vent system is super loud making it difficult to have a good night sleep. When the vent started up it sounded like an old car trying to start up. Also the bedrooms have shade which didn’t help blocking the light out. Also there’s only one staff member who was not welcoming at all and made me feel like a nuisance for asking one question
