Just so-so.
Pros:

The location was close to other family members. The bedroom was spacious and the king-size bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The AC was not working. When I reported it, I was offered to move to a different room, but we did not want the inconvenience of packing up to move. They sent a maintenance man who said the AC was iced up and he would have to turn the heat on to melt the ice. That was not a good option and we just dealt with it. I would have thought that someone on the staff would had noticed that the room was uncomfortably warm prior to us moving in.
We also noticed that there was some mold on the ceiling over the shower.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Biscayne Suites if we were to come back to OCNJ.
Pros:

Building was well maintained and exceptionally clean! Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Pool closed early. Beaches were so crowded, not enjoyable trying to find a spot.

Fun and close to most things.
Pros:

The cleanliness, the heated pool, the location, and the staff

Cons:

We come every year this year we got a room on the fourth floor. There was no table and chairs. I work some while we are away. There was no comfortable way to work on my lap top and spread out. The oven door didn’t shut and the refrigerator froze everything we had in it.
I wish there were grab bars in the showers.

To sum up our stay…we decided to stay an extra night and we’re coming back here next year. This was hands down the best
Pros:

It was central to everything. 90% of what we wanted to do was within walking distance. The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed.
We got an ocean view room too. So beautiful!

Cons:

The bed mattress was the only thing that could have been better. It was so soft we kept rolling to the middle of the bed.

Horrible!! Will never go there again.
Pros:

Proximity to the boardwalk. The space is good for 2 ppl. Covered parking.

Cons:

The bed linen smelt like it had human sweat on it. Not at all fresh. The Wi-Fi was very spotty. The moment I went into the bedroom, it just wasn’t functioning. There are no curtains in the bedroom. There was too much light especially if the room allocated at the back. There is no CCTV. It becomes important if there are teenagers and their actions wreak havoc.
