it was ok for what we needed for that night. one of the towels seemed a bit dirty.
Pros:

spacious room, but a bit dated. the Manager did upgrade us to a bigger room on the ground floor due to my partner being on crutches.

Cons:

the checkin, we waited at the door for ages (after ringing the door bell) for someone to come & unlock it & let us in.

Pretty disappointed in our stay given the price of the room

Easy to find & great customer service
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

Close to the train station, shopping centre,pub and food outlets. Very quiet and the noise outside & inside was low.

Clean and Pleasant, but could do with some improvement
Pros:

The room and facilities were clean, the sound proofing was pretty good considering the location of Strathfield station and a busy road right by the balcony.

Cons:

There was not a single picture on the wall, it was more like a room in a mining camp. I am not sure if this is just the room I was in as property photos show friendlier rooms. Also the wardrobe was falling apart and although there are towels supplied, there were no facecloths for some reason.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

As I needed to be close to Strathfield Private Hospital, the location was perfect.
