Grace's hospitality made our stay special
Pros:

Met all my needs- clean and tidy with kitchenette and good ensuite. Quiet whilst being close to transport and shops. Plenty of on street parking. Grace is a charming hostess

Fantastic
Pros:

Grace was excellent, she was an amazing person to chat to upon our arrival. We liked her a lot.
The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for ease of transport
Pros:

We stayed for a concert at Qudos bank arena. The location is perfect for catching the train and a nice cafe nearby for breakfast. “Amazing Grace” was so friendly during check-in and was able to accommodate providing us with keys early so we could leave and return after the concert.

Proximity to the train station is excellent, the kitchenette was tidy and modern.

Cons:

Plastic bags over the smoke alarms was very disconcerting, parking is quite limited and primarily Street only, check-in wasn’t easy as we were locked out and staff aren’t answering
