Horrible Customer Service
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

I requested a Room on the Mail Floor at Time of Booking and after received an Email Confirming someone at the Hotel Read my Message and Responded "Your Request is Confirmed" until I arrived and they put me on the 3rd Floor

Newer. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Front door broken and wouldn’t close. Had to manually close the automatic doors which wasn’t easy. Staff complained my wife didn’t close the door even though she physically wasn’t strong enough to do so. Perhaps staff should have been closing the door?
