The hotel worked well for a weekend at Brands Hatch Superbikes and going out to dinner in Tunbridge Wells. It took a while to get the heating sorted in our room, but in fairness the weather had only just turned colder. The room was spacious and well furnished. The staff were helpful. We did not have breakfast - see below.
My only gripe was the very late breakfast start time (8,30), even on a Monday. It is no use if you have to get away at a reasonable time or just get up at a reasonable time and only need something simple (fruit/cereal etc. The hotel accommodated us by providing a bag with some fruit and croissants and there was a coffee machine and kettle in the room so we managed.

We found the Camden arms a very quiet and peaceful place the food was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful
I feel that some parts of the room needed maintenance mainly in the bathroom ( the plug in the sink did not hold water when shut and the toilet roll holder was loose

Property a bit dated and tattered in places. But understand restraints on hospitality due to increased government costs.

Nothing really - it’s a little bit tired, but for the money it’s good value as it is perfectly comfortable and the staff are great.
I stayed for 2No nights. Breakfast on both mornings was excellent. I also had an evening meal which was very good.
The hotel was perfect for our one night stay for 10 of us for my husband's birthday weekend. The rooms were fine, the evening meal was excellent and breakfast in the morning was very good too. The staff looked after us very well and helped me with a surprise birthday cake too!

Bar staff were friendly and warm welcoming, The food was good and when we had a problem with our shower in our room they gave is another one without any fuss and were apologetic. And the outdoor space was good .
Overall needed some tlc as found it on a whole tired. The outdoor area was huge, a real suntrap but again required work a lot of furniture broken, dirty with cobwebs etc
The breakfast was tasty and served quickly - not buffet style like a lot of hotels but there were a few serve yourself croissants and bread (but no toaster?)

TV was nice and connected to our Disney+ account so not stuck watching Freeview.
Shower was super hot and very powerful.
The bed was rock hard. Side sleepers beware. There was no getting comfy on that mattress. Also no security lock on the windows so didn't feel safe having them open overnight. There are no plug sockets on one side of the bed.
