Great place to stay. Clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. Only issue was extra cots were not available despite specifically mentioning in advance that 3 people will stay in the room. They charged us for 3 without providing an extra cot. Finally had to spend the night on an uncomfortable sofa bed that wasnt long enough to fit someone who is 5.6ft tall.

After making request more than 10 times for room cleaning it was only done in the evening

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
