Do NOT stay at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms -one via their direct website and one via phone directly to their front desk. They double charged us for one room and then refused to refund our money, claiming we booked 3rd party, which we DID NOT. Also, both sets of key cards were deactivated at random times throughout our stay, resulting in us being locked out of our rooms and requiring trips to the front desk. Not sure what kind of shady operation they are running there, but it is definitely not good for customer service. You will save time, stress, and probably money, by staying somewhere else.

All was great. There was a slow drain in the sink. Not a huge deal.

Nothing fancy by any means. It served its purpose and was close to the venue. Super easy to get to. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was good as it was warm outside. Breakfast could have been better but they have other options in town. We ate at McDonald’s as the other places were too full to accommodate a group of 6.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and my husband and I slept comfortably. I didn't even bring my pillow like I typically do. I liked how quiet it was.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel appears to be recently renovated. Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub temp could have been a little warmer, but everything was clean. Breakfast was standard. This hotel has nice hot water for showers, which is a rarity for hotels. We look forward to coming back again.

There was not any hot water from check in Thursday until sometime later Friday afternoon. I was not told or made aware of it by the front desk at check in, but by other guests who had already checked in. No apologies or attempts to make it right were made. Myself and 2 young kids had to get ready for a wedding with freezing water- very very brutal.
When we walked into our room someone had clearly been sleeping on top of our sleets/ pillows- there was dirt/ crumbs on the bed with an indent of were someone clearly was. This was Thursday and we had to get to a rehearsal dinner so I didn't say anything. Also- my In laws said their rooms were dirty so I would be chancing getting a dirtier room that what we had.
We didn’t die- and your only option is this hotel if you want to stay in Mora- they clearly know that.
If you can choose to stay in a different town- I’d highly suggest it.
…now I’m just hoping we don’t have bed bugs!

Staff was very helpful -I tried to use my rewards and staff assististed me with info on who to call- they were amazing!!

Hot tub was colder than my bath water and room and hallway smelled like cigarettes.

Breakfast was horrible and the room smelled musty. No market, just a snack vending maching and pop vending machine. For a small town it was ok - bring your own breakfast and room air spray and you should be ok.

It was good our door realy needed some help it was very hard to open and close like ir was stuck. Everybody was friendly.

The hotel was average plus and worked great for a place to stay when I was in Mora for a family wedding. The only amenity I used was the free breakfast and it was your standard hotel free breakfast.

showed up and was sent to my room on 2 occasions without working key card. I prompted to just be let into the room with a master key or housekeeping key after about 15 minutes (it is late and we were tired) and was told there is no such thing as she continued to mess with a faulty machine that wouldn’t program the card. eventually she reached in her pocket and gave me a master key and was told to bring it back down immediately. I had to wait 25 min before I was let in. clerk was rude too. bad experience
