We enjoyed our stay. Very clean with comfortable beds.

Cons:

The room was unusually small. Very tight space. The exterior of the establishment needs some upkeep. Really in need of exterior paint.

We enjoyed a lovely stay made even better by the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff!
Pros:

Historic, with a cool modern vibe, and set in the midst of other inns with lovely gardens. The community rooms were inviting and comfortable.

Cons:

our room should have come with a warning label: It was too small for two adults with two suitcases!

Pros:

Nice house, located off a Main Street, so easily accessible.

Cons:

1.no lights in the parking area - dirt and irregular parking area- concerning at nite.
2. Room felt stuffy, no air circulation despite AC unit.
3. No coffee/ tea arrangements in the room.
4. Staircases so had to carry luggage up, no help.

Beautiful Home- Lovely Accommodation.
Pros:

This is a beautiful old home. One staff member told me it had been built in 1830 for a ships captain. Large rooms, building is very well maintained. Lots of common spaces where one can relax. Coffee and breakfast are available. We did not have breakfast. Our room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. It was part of the original house and had lots of character.

Cons:

The woman who checked us in seemed a bit bothered. Maybe something was wrong with her day, but she wasn’t very welcoming. There was a younger woman who was much friendlier. Coffee is not available in the room, and it is also not available until 8:00 am. This must be to accommodate their schedule because by 8:00 many people were ready to be on the road, and standing round waiting for the coffee.
When staying in such historic houses, I usually find a small printed piece about the history of the place. It was obviously expanded (quite tastefully) over the centuries. I would love to know more about it.

Pros:

Great location, 15 minutes walk from town. Lovely historic building.

Cons:

Would expect more amenity for such a high price. No tea/coffee making, no table/chairs in room, breakfast nice but minimal.

Ok place, showing its age and overpriced for what it is
Pros:

Paid over $400 a night. Hotel / Inn is old and showing its age. There is not a level floor or square door in the place. Parking lot is gravel and not well lit at night.’ One window shade in the room would not go down. Iron cord kept running back into iron so you had to iron your shirt while holding the cord. Tv is flat on the wall and in a corner. Would be much better to have it on a mount that would allow you to rotate it. Bathroom was nice. Common areas were inviting. Bed was good. Room size adequate. Hallways very narrow. So a lot of little things. Again if this was a $250 per night ok but not at $400
