Amazing !!! That’s all nothing more than that loved the stay

Nice room with a great shower head in the bath. Welcome croissants were a nice treat. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful gardens and seating areas. Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. An iron and ironing board would be nice.

Loved everything except the bed - the foam topper on the mattress did not allow us to turn from side to side easily. Very difficult to get out of.

This boutique stay with a quaint charm was way more than expected. We knew it got good ratings, but we literary were amazed at the charm of this place. The room we had was amazing, staff was incredible, and the restaurant had incredible food. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. It was a sweet surprise after our long day of travel. We will definitely be back.

After we checked in, the front desk clerk walked us to our room. everyday we had a bag of croissants on our door everyday. That was a nice gift. Not much for breakfast. Only toast, bagels and cereals. Limited drinks only draw back. If they had a full breakfast for the price of the room would make it a great place.

Close to attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious but spartan. Could use a few rugs. Had a Mimi fridge but no microwave or coffee maker in room, however the breakfast room did.
Nice overall. Outdoor patios and flowers were a nice touch.

Starr friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Croissants were delicious! Area was quiet. Restaurants and stores within walking distance.

What I liked - clean, beautiful flower beds, close to Hunters Spring park and Kings bay, staff was friendly and helpful, free self serve breakfast, free croissants every evening

What I didn't like - no microwave in room or breakfast area to warm up dinner left overs, no sink or mirror in the bathroom (had to use the large sink and mirror in the room) no lamp on the bedside tables (so if you read in bed at night you have to get back out of bed to turn off the lights) bed was way to soft for me

Would give 5 stars if there would have been a microwave and a bedside lamp by the bed for reading. Would give 10 stars if they offered free kayaks to use at kings bay. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice quiet area with large all single story rooms

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel has clearly been updated recently and the room was in perfect condition. The grounds are lovely with a spa-like atmosphere! The staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to check in late, which can be done until 11pm. They have a futuristic coffee maker that grinds the beans for each cup! Breakfast options were a little uninspiring but the coffee made up for that.

The Retreat was absolutely adorable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are renovated and bathrooms are amazing!

We loved our stay here. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the retreat as it is not your typical motel. The rooms are clean and big. There was some Champagne and cookies waiting on the table as we entered the room. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and seating nestled under the trees, just charming!! The aroma of constant fresh brewed coffee and baked croissants that they leave in a bag on your door every afternoon is a nice touch, not to mention delicious. It is in walking distance to mostly everything.. Hidden Paradise
