Best value motel in Timmins area
Pros:

Best value motel in the Timmins area. Whenever I go to the office to make a booking the owner is surrounded by running laundry machines. You know this guy cleans. The dignity of a fridge, microwave, and stocked coffee machine are very much appreciated. Fewer and fewer motels and hotels even bother with some of these amenities. There's a pizza place next door and a gas station on the other side for all your needs. This place has all the basics at an unbeatable price, which makes it a rarity in my books.

Stayed coming and going.
Pros:

More than adequate for a nights stay passing thru.

Cons:

Thought we were in Timmims. Not so. This is south Porcupine.
It was fine for 2 but definitely to small for more people. And road noise was ... let's say noticeable. Not awful. But there.

Our stay was comfortable !
Pros:

The Air Conditioner was great. The bed was very comfy !

Cons:

The TV was having issues , but a member of the staff came and fixed it !

Great for a 1/2 night stay. We did not select breakfast. We went out for breakfast.
The bed was confortable.

Very disappointing stay. The room smelled musty, covered with heavy perfume, and felt dirty and poorly maintained. The curtains had a big chunk of you know what… and the whole place looked extremely outdated. We didn’t feel comfortable staying and decided to leave.
