Отель современный, но обслуживание портит все впечатление
Pros:

Отель современный, в отеле все новое и модерновое, мебель, сантехника, качественные материалы, даже унитаз с пультом управления.
При отеле есть ресторан, который работает с утра до вечера.
Но все впечатление испортило две ситуации.
Первое, я приехал в 20:30. Говорят, номера еще не готовы. Я спрашиваю, это как? У вас же номер должен быть готов к 15:00. Говорят, да, но не все гости еще выехали. Я не понимаю, почему комфорт одних гостей должен достигаться за счет дискомфорта других? Пришлось еще около получаса ждать пока подготовят номер.

Cons:

Второй момент. У отеля нет стандартных табличек "Не беспокоить". У них все цифровое, поэтому выбираешь из меню, статус DND. Я не хотел, чтобы кто-то заходил, поэтому выбрал этот статус. При выходе убедился, что он включен, даже оставил ключ внутри, чтобы мало ли, без ключа там все не отключилось.
Возвращаюсь в номер, вижу, что заходили и убирались. Основной вопрос, зачем? Зачем заходить, если статус "Не беспокоить" как раз для этого и придуман, чтобы никто не заходил. Клинер сложил вещи, как было удобно ей, а не мне. Но это ладно. Я оставил белую майку на кровати и, видимо, забирая белье с кровати в стирку, уборщица забрала и мою майку. Во-первых, я привык спать в майке, во-вторых, Киншаса была моим городом среди других стран Африки и постираться я мог только через 3-4 дня. У меня не осталось чистого белья. Прихожу в 17:00, вижу эту картину, звоню сразу не ресепшен. Говорят, мы вас поняли, мы свяжемся, мы все решим. Проходит два часа, тишина. Пытаюсь дозвониться на ресепшен в 19:00, не берут трубку. Спускаюсь в 21:00 и спрашиваю, решили ситуацию? Там никто не в курсе, опять приходится все объяснять. Говорю, просто найдите мою майку. Через час в номер поднимается менеджер, опять объясняю ситуацию, получаю ответ, что мы попробуем связаться с прачечной, но они, наверное, уже не работают. Так понятно, что в 22:00 они уже наверняка не работают, почему вы этого не сделали в 17:00 после моего первого обращения? Понятно, что никакую майку они не нешли ночью. Выезд в 7:00 утра, подхожу на check out, спрашиваю, какой результат? Они, как ни в чем не бывало, говорят, майку не нашли, но мы вышлем вам ее в вашу страну проживания 🤦‍♂️ Серьезно? Мне майка нужна в путешествии, а не в стране моего проживания. Раз уже накосячили, ну пошлите работника, купите мне самую простую майку. Не посчитайте меня капризным, но почему я должен решать те проблемы, которые вы мне доставили? Сначала зашли при статусе "Не беспокоить", потом тупо забили на случай с майкой.
