The room was overall comfortable and housekeeping team and valets were very friendly.
F&B département is overall very disappointing. Whether it’s food or service. Insane amount of money is charged on food and drinks and you still get very untrained staff.
Value for money is not what it should be, at all.
If you’re staying there I’d suggest you eat outside.
I had to do an early check out, left one day before my check out date and I lost that one night just because one of the front office staff didn’t find it relevant to suggest that we consume it at my next stay. I found it very unprofessional for a hotel that claims to have high standards.
