Pros:

Localização excepcional perto da linha 4 do metrô. Fui ao show do AC/DC no Morumbis e foi perfeito. Equipe atenciosa e educada.

Cons:

Hotel mais antigo, mas muito conservado. Só precisam melhorar a infra estrutura, pois ao abrir o chuveiro a maçaneta do mesmo saiu na minha mão.

Pros:

O Hotel é antigo mas está bem conservado, e as instalações funcionais. Cama, colchão e lençóis em bom estado e banheiro limpo. Café da manhã não é top mas atende bem.

Cons:

Fica em uma rua sem saída, tem dois elevadores mas bem pequenos. Enfim, não chega a comprometer a dinâmica do hotel, são questões contornáveis.
