Pros:

As luzes do quarto são muito bem planejadas. Os travesseiros são excelentes! De primeira! Os lençóis são muito bons.

O colchão é muito duro. O ar condicionado é antigo e extremamente barulhento.

El hotel es viejo, mal cuidado, sucio. Realmente ha sido la peor experiencia hotelera de mi vida. Lo que se ve en las fotos dista mucho de la realidad. Las camas son terribles, los frigobares sonaban toda la noche, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Me tocaron toallas rotas, los manteles del comedor siempre estaban sucios, en fin. No recomiendo este lugar.

Tudo quase perfeito, exceto pelos travesseiros antigos, manchados e com cheiro de suor. Tive que colocar meu pijama como capa extra para poder utilizar. A manta não é lavada entre um hóspede e outro. Sei que isso é meio típico
de hotéis, mas não higiênico. Os funcionários são sensacionais e o lugar, antigo, muito bonito.

Otima acomodação no centro
Pros:

Quartos amplos, tem uma carinha de antigo mas é muuito limpo, camas confortáveis e o café da manhã é bem servido. O restaurante do hotel também é excelente pra almoço/jantar, porções muito boas e o atendimento do Sr. Araújo é perfeito. A localização é ótima pra andar pelo centro e a rua do hotel é muito movimentada/seguro de circular (estava sozinha). A galeria metrópole fica bem no fim da rua, com um acesso direto e vale a pena conhecer. Muito perto do metrô pra quem precisar utilizar tb, além de restaurantes e padarias ao redor. Voltaria outras vezes.

Cons:

O box do banheiro acumula água e não dá pra perceber, risco de escorregar. O chuveiro demora pra esquentar, mas quando esquenta fica super quente.

Hotel antigo, camas ruins, toalhas velhas e sem cheiro, nem shampoo tinha no banheiro.
Nem o café era bom....
