Was told off for asking for towels on our first day they go you were supposed to ask by 6pm how is not giving clean towels as standard

Cons:

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Pubes on the walls and the sink was blocked! Was so horrible! The cleaners don't clean your room and the towels look like they have been used for the last 20 years so worn out and stink! They didn't even top up the toilet roll so had to go to to reception for some! The lift used to always take ages coming and going. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at would never stay here again! The staff at the reception not accommodating at all. Im surprised they haven't shut down! STAY AWAY!
