fuite d'eau non réparée
la femme de chambre ne vient que quand tu dors où quand mon enfant de 2 ans fait ca sieste sinon il faut repasser par la réception pour demander que la chambre soit nettoyé
1chambre avec lit double n'a droit qu'à un seule passage de femme de chambre chaque 3 jour
brosse de toilette non dispo j'ai dû la réclamer
tu dois rester avec 2 jours de couche salle d'un enfant de 2 ans pour qu'on vienne sortir les poubelles

I wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, it often seemed that their ability to assist was limited by hotel policies or management decisions rather than a lack of effort on their part.

Cons:

There was no laundry service, which was disappointing.

The refrigerator was empty and dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and housekeeping only seemed to make the bed without cleaning the room. Clean towels were difficult to obtain: we had to return them in the morning and wait until late afternoon for replacements. Requesting an extra towel was not possible.

Overall, the cleanliness and service were below the standard I expected.

I was also unhappy with the lack of privacy. The hotel uses door codes instead of key cards, which meant that staff could easily access the room. On several occasions, housekeeping entered shortly after knocking, without giving enough time to respond. Even when no cleaning had been requested, staff sometimes came into the room, which made me feel that my privacy was not being respected.

Cons:

Très déçu par cet hôtel. La restauration est de très mauvaise qualité et ne correspond absolument pas au prix payé. Nous avions une formule avec repas inclus, mais aussi bien le buffet que les plats à la carte étaient très médiocres. Il n'y avait pratiquement aucun choix de qualité, notamment aucun poisson frais proposé. La viande servie était de qualité très moyenne et les produits semblaient majoritairement industriels ou surgelés. Même les jus n'étaient pas frais mais artificiels, et les dattes étaient de très mauvaise qualité.
Je déconseille fortement de prendre les repas à l'hôtel. Si vous choisissez cet établissement, faites-le uniquement pour l'hébergement et prévoyez de manger à l'extérieur.
De plus, malgré notre demande explicite d'une chambre non-fumeur, nous avons reçu une chambre fumeur, ce qui est inacceptable et démontre un manque de considération pour les demandes des clients.
Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience a été décevante. L'hôtel devrait sérieusement améliorer la qualité de sa restauration et mieux respecter les demandes de sa clientèle.
