어린이가 있다면 이만한곳이 없다
사이판은 전부 오래된 호텔들이다
감안하고 즐기면 행복한 시간 보낼수 있다
그래도 가까운곳에 이런 낙원이 있다는거에 즐거움을 느끼자
투숙인원이 많지 않아 시간별로 수영장을 운영하는게 아쉽다

1時間に一便バスが目の前のバス停から出ており、何度か日本人の方々と一緒になりました。バス停の近くで野犬らしき犬が数匹うろうろしていたため、待っている時間は少し不安でした。
ホテルは韓国や中国の方が多く、深夜廊下で大声で話す声でなかなか寝れませんでした。

総合的に普通のレジャーホテル。
コスパを考えれば良い方かと。
悪かった点だけ以下に箇条書きで
記載しておきますのでご参考までに。

・隣同士の2部屋を借りたにも関わらず
部屋を繋げるドアに施錠が。
この施錠を開けて繋げることを
リクエストした結果、ただ鍵を開ける
だけなのに50ドルかかるそうです。
頭悪すぎて話になりませんでした。

・18:00までプールの爆音ミュージック
がエンドレスに部屋まで流され続けます。
お部屋の中でゆっくりしたい方、日中
一睡もできないでしょう。

・部屋の冷房、ものすごく寒いです。
防寒着を持っていきましょう。

・夜中はお湯が極端に温くなります。
恐らくボイラーを調節して経費節減
してる模様。

そんなとこでしょうか。
サイパンはもう生涯行くことない
でしょうから特に追記することは
ないです。

It was fun in general the air con was good the people were nice and it was walkable everywhere.

Everything was great.
If I would like to say, I know most of the guest are Korean but I prefer to add a bit more attention to non Korean guests

For instance, this message was send in Korean . Also while mi kid was in school academy, teacher was from Korea all kids as well except mine. Language was in Korean and not a good time for mi kid. This would be an improvement such as allocating an English oriented person.

Although, it was a good time in PIC and we already planning to go to PIC Guam

My family had a great time staying here and would definitely do it again when we are back in the area.

There was mold in both rooms we stayed in.
The pools closed at random times.
Bad experience with customer service.

I went to surfrider hotel down the street and was extremely satisfied.

PIC is not worth your dime.

昨年から大分節約している傾向が見られますが、値段に比して施設、clubmatesの方々が素晴らしいです。子連れにはオススメです。

The room was horrible. The air conditioning did not work properly. I would never stay there again.

The water slides were great, and they were free to use! I haven't had that much fun using the water slides in ages!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt but I wasn’t excited about the extra fees you charge for early check in when I checked out hours earlier than your usual check out time.

The pool bar staff were very friendly and excited to greet guests and were enthusiastic in preparing your drinks.

Housekeeping rules were not laid out so it was confusing to come home to no towels and trash to find out the rooms are not kept daily. A trash can in the elevator area would have been helpful for guests could rid of their own trash but being told upon check in of your rules would have been a better way to relay this information.

Over all it was a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly.

Yes we would stay again Saipan def has a better hotel than Guam.

Nice accommodation. Great for family with children.

Finding out only one pool is open from 8 Am to 8 Pm was a major killer, Since your website states the whole water park is open from 8 to 8. Two pools open at 9 Am then the rest of the park opens at 14:00 till 17:00. Then the deep end pool closes at 18:00 leaving only one pool aria. The rooms are only cleaned every other day. We also where not too keen on the glass inside of the ice cream, and your staff acting like it was such a major inconvinence when we asked for it to be taken away. Then act as if nothing is wrong when some one is having a medical emergancy and when asked what are the ingreadents in something state just whats on the menu. Your manager should have been out and appologizing ASAP not those who have no power to fix a proble.
