Very Disappointing Experience – I Would Not Recommend This Hotel
I booked a Deluxe Double Room at Lazz City Hotel for 8 nights, from October 1 to October 9, 2026, for €439.20 including taxes and fees, with breakfast included. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Upon arrival, the first room I was shown was much smaller than I expected based on the booking photos. I was then asked to pay extra for a larger room that I believed was already included in my original booking. I felt pressured into accepting the additional charge.
The breakfast was also very disappointing. Despite being advertised as included, it consisted of one small plate with limited portions of tomatoes and cucumbers, tiny packets of jam, honey and cheese, a small bread basket, one boiled egg, and tea or coffee. There was no buffet. The breakfast area had only four tables for all guests, so when it was full, we had to wait for a table. This was far below my expectations.
The room cleanliness was below expectations, with dirt under the bed, a dirty refrigerator and TV remote, and a dusty air conditioner. We also experienced a power outage lasting approximately three hours. On another night, the water supply was cut off, leaving us unable to use the bathroom properly.
When I asked the owner, Izzet, for assistance, he was uncooperative, raised his voice, and behaved disrespectfully instead of helping resolve the situation. His handling of the room issue and his attitude toward guests were particularly unacceptable. I felt pressured, dismissed, and unfairly treated.
I strongly advise future guests to carefully check the room details, clarify any additional charges before agreeing to them, and keep their passports and personal documents secure.
I would never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
A positive note: Mustafa at reception was polite and respectful.

The location close to city.
The photos are totally different from the actual room. The room was super small despite for paying for what was in the photo.
Breakfast was not a breakfast small piece of mortadella and cheese and black coffee full of water.
the staff was very kind and pleasant, they met all our requests
