This is the second time I've stayed at this motel. I would definately chose it again.
Pros:

A comfortable, spacious, well appointed room with all facilities that I hoped for. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen are and bathroom areas both very clean.
Also, the airport is easy to reach from this site.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Very impressed for a quick stop over
Pros:

Upon arrival the reception dude was so lovely and friendly. Got to the room and it was so large, clean, beds and pillows were that comfortable! The motel had a Thai restaurant attached to it and we decided to have dinner there! Food was really good and the sweetest waitress who was so lovely

Great property. Crap staff

Cons:

Housekeeping . Knocked on door at 9am. Didn't do a daily check as per website. When did weekly clean it was what the basic daily check. Didn't take out our rubbish, didn't top up milk. Had to ask repeatedly then they would come over at 9am when we were still sleeping. As a hospitality specialist, the housekeeping g staff let the show down. The manager wasn't great either. We arrived after hours and he gave me the wrong pin . I called the reception number, his mobile. He never got back to me . Another guest turned up and they were given the right pin and so I was able to get my keys. Yet when I was late Paying as I booked online and thought I had paid , he literally called me 20 times on one day. Yet couldn't return my call when I couldn't access my keys. He is obviously hyper focussed on his KPI and forgetting the customer experience is paramount

Just perfect for overnight stay in Brisbane.
