Great customer service to fix an issue
Pros:

We had an issue with the room as I had booked a room with extra beds , when we went to our room it only had 1 . I rang the office and they where apologetic and promptly fixed the issue by bringing us and extra bed and made sure we where comfortable and looked after. On check out I received a box of chocolates which was thoughtful.

Pros:

スタッフがとても親切だった。施設内にあるタイ料理も無難においしかった。

Cons:

換気をするのに窓を開けたかったが、とても小さくしか開かなかったのが残念でした。３人で泊まるにはコンセントの数が少なく充電に苦労した。

Short notice stay, owners /staff very accomodating , friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and very comfort
Pros:

Room was large, beds were super comfortable , very clean and also quiet room

Outdoor sliding door latch locks when door is closed , so you will get locked outside

Pros:

Room was very comfortable only thing was disappointing was remote for TV didn't work needed new batteries but that was it very happy with our stay

Pros:

Location, always clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

neighbours next door checked in at 1130pm they were so loud, could hear mummbling and yelling through the wall it was a rough night for us. Maybe consider not putting people next to those that check in late
