Pros:

Comfortable bed. Not too much traffic noise. Onsite restaurant. Friendly staff.

Perfect retreat to recharge for a night.
Pros:

Large spacious room with kitchenette facilities, TV and air conditioning and sitting area.
Parking right outside the room. Restaurant on site with takeaway menu. Key drop box for early departure.

Cons:

Stayed in winter and the floors were very cold. A large rug on the floor might help with this.

Lighting was LED cool white light and made the room feel a bit cold and hard.

Off the main road. Clean and tidy. Super friendly. Proximity to TPCH.
Pros:

Location was reasonably close to the prince charles hospital. Nice and clean . Friendly staff. Good sized modern room. Had access to out door seating area. Thai restaurant in site. Well manicured grounds .

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable. The single bed was very hard and cause back pain. This would be the only negative.
