Big property, the staff is helpful especially in restaurant. On a beautiful beach but again the glass partition in the outdoor seating in the restaurant have never been cleaned so basically dont see anything thru it.

Cons:

Very poor housekeeping and room maintenance.

lot of walking, testaurant is too fat away from rooms, elderly people have lot of issues, no internal transport like EV RICKSHAW OR EV CART, FOOD IS VERY AVERAGE

Pros:

Smooth check in, excellent service by all the staff. Beautiful garden and kept in tip top condition. Clean beach, good choice of breakfast buffet. Best hotel in Kutch. Highly recommended

Overall this property is big but poorly managed, limited menu, below average staff, and highly overpriced.. Doesn’t dese

The area is huge.. the cleanliness of entire property is satisfactory

Cons:

The overall maintenance of the infrastructure like bathroom fittings, door locks hasn’t been done since the time they were installed.. Room doors are creaking and need herculean force to open and close.
Worst part was pathetic, unprofessional and lousy approach of the staff particularly in the restaurant and at the reception
The food menu for breakfast and major meal is extremely limited, like a 2 star or 3 star property.. basic spread at breakfast was missing
WiFi is pathetic, despite installing another router in the room
All paid TV channels especially English channels ( even star movies!!) are locked and on request, can’t do anything till next morning when the senior managers are around.. When enquired, casual answer from manager is that no one ever asked for these channels.!!

Pros:

The Resort is a lovely property, very Morden and it’s quiet. It has a lovely private beach which is great for honeymoon couple.
Area for improvement, need to have a buggy to accommodate elderly people. The customer service can be more improved, housekeeping should ensure the room is fully equipped as I had to request for toilet rolls and extra towels.

apart from the above the food was very good and the staff at the restaurant were very polite , especially Rina and Manoj
