Food was excellent and staff very friendly
The location was great. Staff were friendly.
The parking fees.
It offers a good space including garden with lovely buildings. Restaurant was comfortable.
We slept very badly due to a permanently on outside light shining under a blind immediately above the bed. We had a higher priced room and expected pretty views or a balcony. We got neither. The room was clean enough but looked rather tired with tile grouting very grubby for instance.
It looks pretty especially at night . The indoor pool is nice and the lounge area in the spa overlooking a gorg sunset and the stream. Staff are nice
The jacuzzi and steam room wasn’t working when I got there and I mainly booked this hotel to use the spa . So I was in incredibly disappointed, they could have mentioned it on their website . The entrance corridor to my room has dirty clothes that was there my whole stay and the bedroom windows overlook outside where oeoooe walk past to get to the spa .
Good quiet location, restaurant was good, staff were excellent...
Got charged an extra £12 for parking in a big place out in the country, That was just pure profiteering and I think unnecessary, yes yes but it's a good yeah yeah
Breakfast excellent, evening meal good
Bed uncomfortable, bathroom in need of modernising especially the basin which splashes you with water when you turn the tap on
Good size clean rooms
Now charge for parking if you don’t book direct which is bizarre given you can only really use the hotel by car and they have loads of parking. Could do with some EV points.
The hotel is in a nice location with easy access to Cambridge. It is clean, has friendly staff, and well equipped rooms.
On site parking costs £10 a day, which on top of the rather expensive room rate just feels like an extra cash grab, especially given the remote nature of the hotel means there's no alternative.
Food was excellent
Friendly helpful staff
Didn't know i had to pay for parking had 2 cars so for two nights £40
Beautiful location, staff very helpful and professional. Great breakfast. Very close to Cambridge.
Gardens beautiful but could do with a tidy up. Parking is expensive. Walls a little thin, could hear music coming from kitchen early Sunday morning.
Nice breakfast, staff friendly
Beds not super comfy
Everything. It was perfect.
Nothing.
