Hotel Amaris Kuta - Bali

The hotel room is not comfortable. The property is not well maintained. There are 2 small cockroaches in the room. In our opinion, the room is not clean. The toilet faucet is broken and difficult to turn. Overall, this hotel is not recommended for those who need cleanliness.

Low cost, not in best location. Main problem with hotel is many families with children running in hallway during late nights and early mornings. No parents correction of children and hotel acceptance of situation.

First of all, I was not expecting luxury and I do not mind basic simple hotels which we were looking for. However, this ‘hotel’ simply lacks hyhiene: dust on the floor and all shelves, stained bedsheets etc. After complaining about stains on bedsheets we were shown into another room, with worse stains on the bedsheets. Eventually they changed our sheets. The staff were extremely kind but the maintenance is terrible.

A comfortable, clean budget hotel. Strategic location, very close to Kuta, Legian, Seminyak Beach, can reach by walking. Friendly staff. Some food counters around hotel, including food halal can find near hotel. Recommend for business trip and family vacation

The room had no fridge no storage area for clothes and safe was not attached to a secure area.

Lack of staff in breakfast area. Always hard to find someone to cook me an egg. The staffs in breakfast area is very unfriendly. Really hate staffs in breakfast area. They ran out of food before the time closed. They also have small pool than another in class. The wifi is sometimes hard to connect. Bad management, not professional for Santika's Brand Group

Staff are welcome, nice and clean hotel. breakfast good. hotel has small pool, it's good for kids.

Location is not far from legian district just about 3mins walk, however you will not heard a loud music from the clubs in the night.

Stayed for 3 nites with friends. Located in narrow n crowded alley, walking distance to d beach, clubs, restos, n gift shops. The room was very basic, narrow bt clean, no tea maker, wifi worked so well. Had an issue with aircond, soo noisy. Bathroom with standard toiletries n no shower curtain. The staff were friendly n always greeted us very warmly. For breakfast, lack of varieties.

The hotel located in a quiet side street just off of Legian Street. You can take a short stroll to the heart of Bali, the Legian Street where some of the best bars, restaurants and pulsating nightlife glamoring the night street. Oh and a little bit further you can meet the famous Kuta Beach.
For a hotel that rest in the heart of the city, the fare is not expensive, yet they offer a nice 24 hour service. The pool is not too big but quite cozy and clean, well consider it as your huge bathtub LOL.

Grosse Zimmer und perfekte Lage. Betten waren bequem und Aircon war gut. Nicht super sauber am 1 Tag. Nachher wars aber dann immer gut.

This hotel is great for budget travelers. I teach and have a long holiday at the moment, so the price suited my needs perfectly. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable, and the hot water and AC worked without issues. Its also nice and clean. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops around and its a short walk to the beach. The hallways were a bit noisy at times, but seemed to quiet down by about 10:30-11pm each night, so the walls and door are kind of thin. There is a safe in the room, but no fridge. There isn't much to watch on tv, but that doesn't bother me because I watch tv on my laptop. All in all, it was a really pleasant stay and a great value. I have no real complaints.

When we arrive, we didn't know that the place road to the hotel will be that narrow and that the hotel was placed in a pretty deep alley. The room is clean and quiet, but that's it. The pool was super small, we thought it was fish pond at first lol. The breakfast buffet is okay though there aren't much choices. Well, it's up to the price, really... but if you need bigger space and more comfort also luxury, don't bother coming to this hotel...

Perfekte Lage !!! Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Very nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast and free water and coffee/tea all day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. From here it's about 15 min walk to kuta, but around this hotel you can find many places to eat as well. Beach is a 5-10 min walk

Kamar sempit, tidak di sediakan hair dryer, tidak di beri air minum setiap harinya, jadi cuma hari pertama aja diberi botol minum kemasan. Selanjutnya refill sendiri

Room is ok, no fridge. Every morning in breakfast completely dried chicken peaces.
