The location was perfect for getting in to London easily and for visiting my son.
I would have preferred to have been on the first floor. It was very hot and I had a very heavy case. However, on arrival, a very nice member of staff carried my case to my room. It was very much appreciated.
Die Option Frühstück zu bekommen mit diesem preis fand ich ziemlich gut. Das Bett war sehr weich und angenehm noch dazu haben SIe ein Ventilator in das Zimmer reingestellt was den ganzen aufenthalt besser machte

One time they forgot to clean the room.

Room was extremely small and room was ridiculously hot, no airflow due to window only opening a few inches. A fan was supplied but made no difference, as a consequence I had the worst nights sleep ever.
I booked a two night stay but cancelled the second night, let’s see if Andrew the G/M refunds money as he offered.
Third time staying and will stay again!
We were going to a concert at Wembley this time and the Station Hotel is ideal!

We asked for a fan...and Harry... a lovely lad...thankfully brought one to our room...but no remote...which staff looked for but couldn't find... so it would not oscillate...but another one was given to us...again by Harry...so we each had a chance to sleep

Very small room tiny bed. I left two nights before my booking finished they promised and got signature on the paper that they will refund one night. But so far they never did.
localisation sympathique, avec un beau bâtiment. Le manager côté hôtel était très sympathique et la chambre était propre et agréable.
Le seul bémol était le manque de climatisation dans les chambres. Mais un ventilateur était à disposition.
