Habitacion amplia,camas con buenos colchones, frigobar con buena capacidad , piscina grande y agradable, personal muy atento nos permitió ingresar antes de lo establecido

Pasillos a mas de 45° de temperatura, demasiada diferencia al.salir de la habitación, desayuno muy pobre y repetido sin flexibilidad de otras opciones

No fue una experiencia grata considerando relación precio calidad.

Lo rescatable es la ubicación y la disposición del personal del restaurante es muy amable, de hecho como no hay bell boy, uno de los meseros que iba pasando al ver que no podia subir tanto escalon, se ofreció a ayudarme a cargar nuestra maleta.

Cons:

Mi experiencia no fue tan grata, el precio no es acorde a lo que se ofrece porque un hotel economico no es, te muestran fotos de cuando fue nuevo y no está así, para empezar los accesos son complicados, no hay estacionamiento suficientes y de las 2 entradas, uno es via rapida, y la otra tiene muchas escaleras para acceder, sin elevador y ni un bell boy que te ayude a subir maletas.

La habitacion no tenia secadora, debias pedir en recepcion y no hay suficientes porque siempre que pedi, nunca hubo, no tenia caja fuerte, menos vasos para agua, los insumos precarios e insuficientes, los colchones duros, almohadas que se hacen bolas, instalaciones falta de mantenimiento como el tubo de la regadera que estaba picado y aventaba agua encima del cancel mojando todo el inodoro, el piso y alrededores porque ademas el baño es muy pequeño.
La TV sin canales, solo tenia peliculas pero como el Internet es pésimo por ende se veía en pausas.

Te venden el paquete de desayuno incluido y no te informan que el desayuno que además NO incluye para niños, solo consiste en elegir entre 3 tostadas, tacos dorados o sopes.

El restaurante pequeño y solo 1 mesero qué no se da abasto para las 10 mesas, además que el aire acondicionado cuando hay pocas mesas ocupadas esta apagado. Los baños de las albercas están lejos y para llegar debemos acceder por escalones donde es peligroso ir mojado, además permiten el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas qué no son del restaurante en el área de alberca.
