Excelente ubicación
El desayuno podría ser mejor, hace falta revisar contactos, algunos no funcionan correctamente
La limpieza
Cercano a la zona comercial nueva de veracruz y cercano a las playas . El personal es amable y se ve feliz de trabajar ahí.
Es un hotel muy viejo y muy descuidado. Deben remodelarlo completamente por fuera y por dentro. El inmoviliario ( muebles , cortinas ... etc... y blancos (toallas , etc..) está definitivamente hecho garras.
El restaurante es deficiente en inmoviliario y la comida no es para nada agradable, tienen que capacitar a su personal porque no saben servir una mesa, pedí un te y me sirvieron agua fría, pedimos pan y la panera estaba sucia y la tapa se la puso bajo la axila .
Lavan el piso de la entrada de la recepción continuamente pero las escaleras son excesivamente resbaladisas y pueden causar un grave accidente. El piso no es adecuado para transitar con seguridad.
Todo muy amable y muy cómodo
Que la picuna huele mucho a cloro y mi hijo se metió y su ropa salió manchada por el cloro pero todo lo demás muy bien es un excelente lugar
El desayuno fue bueno y suficiente, más por la agradable atención del personal.
Otro aspecto que nos gustó fue la cordial atención del personal de la recepción.
Quizá fuera recomendable que personal de mantenimiento hiciera algunos ajustes a la tornillería de los accesorios del baño que están algo flojos y desarmonizan la calidad y el esfuerzo del resto de los servicios del hotel.

Les pedí ayuda para recibir un pastel sorpresa para mi mamá por su cumpleaños y me ayudaron sin problemas, a demás me indicaron como podía ir a zonas turísticas en transporte público. Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, muy cálido
Que me dijeron que habría una sorpresa en el desayuno y no hubo nada jejeje, pero todo bien. También me habría gustado que prendieran desde temprano el filtro de la alberca porque me gustaba nadar mas en la mañana que en la tarde/noche.

NO ME ESPERABA INCLUYERAN EL DESAYUNO, ME GUSTO ESE SERVICIO.
ASI TAMBIEN LA HABITACION LUCE MUY BIEN, ME SENTI SEGURA, YA QUE VIAJE SOLA, Y AUNQUE NO PUDE DISFRUTAR DE LA ALBERCA YA QUE VIAJE PARA ASISTIR A UNA CONVENCION, Y CABE MENCIONAR QUE ME CUIDARON MI EQUIPAJE, MIENTRAS ACUDI A LA CONVENCION EL DIA DE MI INGRESO, OTRA COSA QUE ME PARECE QUE ES MUY BUENA TIENEN CHAPOTEADERO CON TOBOGAN PARA LOS PEQUES.
QUE EL SEGURO DE LA PUERTA DE CRISTAL QUE DA A LA ALBERCA DEBE SER REPARADA YA QUE ESTA FLOJA. FUE LA UNICA OBSERVACION QUE ENCONTRE. AGRADEZCO EL ESPACIO,
Camas cómodas, te dan desayuno de cortesía.
El estacionamiento es muy limitado, y el blvd que pasa por el hotel es muy transitado,es muy difícil salir de ahí.

El estacionamiento y las escaleras, cuando hice la reservación no se veían, y las camas muy altas, tengo fractura de cadera y era un problema
