Dias muy aprovechables
Pros:

Todo el hotel es comodo y confortable. Los empleados muy competentes. Solo un tema de mantenimiento en algunos lugares que se deberian mejorar para estar perfecto.

Spacious rooms, but some drawbacks
Pros:

1. Very spacious rooms — genuinely large, with big and comfortable beds, which we really appreciated
2. Quiet and clean rooms, good sound insulation
3. Pleasant, green territory around the hotel
4. Nice pool area and a large restaurant on site
5. Overall, the room itself was comfortable and well maintained

Cons:

1. The food in the restaurant was average and didn’t really match the high prices
2. A strange situation in the restaurant: we had our own bottle of wine and simply asked for a corkscrew, but were told it wasn’t available unless we paid a $5 fee for opening the bottle. This felt unnecessary and odd
3. Communication with the front desk was confusing at times. When we asked for a one-hour late checkout, we were told “yes,” but then they mentioned a time that had already passed, which made the approval meaningless
4. Prices in general (restaurant and taxis) felt very high and clearly tourist-oriented. Taxi rides to Iguazu Falls (about 25 minutes) were surprisingly expensive — comparable to large cities — and not aligned with the overall quality or local prices in Argentina
5. While this may be related to the location rather than the hotel itself, the lack of alternatives in the area makes the pricing feel even more unreasonable

Muy ameno el lugar en un entorno increíble como es la reserva. La comida muy buenas. El desayuno puede mejorar.

Hotel muy bueno, rodeado de naturaleza.
Pros:

Bellisimo hotel, muy bien ubicado si te gusta la naturaleza, ya que se encuentra rodeada de ella. Hasta se ven pequeños primates por allí. Lujosas habitaciones. Sensacional restaurant. Pileta muy buena. Los desayunos muy muy buenos.

Cons:

Algo viejas las pasarelas que llevan a los bloques de habitaciones, aunque justamente al retirarnos se empezaba a trabajar en ellos.

Pros:

El lugar es super tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza. Las instalaciones son preciosas, todo muy limpio y prolijo. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La atención del personal es cordial. El desayuno super completo, solo que no ofrecen chipá.

Cons:

La carta del restaurante nos resultó cara. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena pero las porciones o la temperatura de algunos platos no nos satisfizo.

Lugar hermoso, ubicación excelente pero falta cuidar más los detalles en las habitaciones (modernizarlos)

El área externa y el restaurante impecables y la cena excepcional

Cons:

Lo negativo sería el baño xq no tenía mamparas y eso hacía q el baño se llene de agua mientras te bañabas, deberían modernizar mas ese aspecto y lo q no me agradó para nada fue el desayuno, dejó mucho q desear.

Es muy linda y está bien distribuida.

Cons:

Tuve problemas con la primera habitación, con artefactos rotos (ducha y bidet).
Me cambiaron a otra que también tuvo problemas.
La limpieza no pasaba a menos que lo pidiéramos.
Para la cena de fin de año que ofrecían dieron información errónea, mi hija terminó comiendo un menú que no era el ofrecido. Esa noche la comida tuvo muchos problemas de entrega y cocción.

Lo que hay que remarcar es la buena atención del personal. Excelentes.

Lindo hotel para disfrutar unos días en Cataratas
Pros:

nos alojamos 3 dias, eramos 2 adultos y dos niños, así que pedimos una cama adicional ya que la habitación es triple, pero como era muy espaciosa quedo super cómoda para los 4. vieron monos y aves en el parque del hotel así que estaban muy contentos, el lugar muy lindo para conectar con la naturaleza.
La pileta y la zona de juegos la disfrutamos un montón con los niños, el restaurante para cenar ahí y no tener que salir a la ciudad ( a 15/20 min de auto) muy bueno y con bastante variedad de platos.

Cons:

No hubo ningún problema, todo bien
