We travelled with family... overall stay was pleasant with few improvement areas like ac and room temperature was a constant problem for us ...Ac was controlled centrally which used to shut down every day and temperature was fixed to 25 and since no other ventilation in room ,it disturbed our sleep. No ala carte dinner option in restaurant ,it forces you to take buffet only...gym and spa is third party managed .Room mirror lighting needs big improvement...it was quite dull to get ready...location of property is good as it is bang on highway and that is the big plus for this property...I am used to a very good experience at Delhi and Gurgaon Country Inn properties...this one needs improvement in service standards. Staff was friendly and helpful . I was offered an upgrade to suite which is appreciated. I hope management will work upon few inputs to improve guest experience

The hotel is on the side of highway. Front office experience was ok. Checkin was quick. No welcome drink was offered.

Rooms are ok. Infrastructure is old. Sofas and curtain are worn out. Cannot be called a 4 star hotel but a lower 3 star type. However, housekeeping was good. Staff especially Kuldip was very helpful. Rooms were clean.

Regarding facilities, no garden or kids play area. Gym is good. Since it is winter, outside pool is not usable. There are no other activities one can indulge in the hotel. I mean not fit for staycation.

Morning breakfast buffet was ok, though there are limited choices in comparison to other Radisson hotels.

We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented—compliments to Chef Anshul for the excellent flavors and quality. The service was equally impressive. Archana and Palak were courteous, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced our experience. Overall, great food and outstanding service. We look forward to visiting again!

Great experience on this stay. Had early check in with help of Sidharth even bit late check out. Thanks for the same. Chef Raj prepared good food and served as well with great smile. Rooms are spacious. Overall good experience.
